Special Privilege for Muang Thai Smile Club Members
Muang Thai Smile Club joins hands with Bangpakok Hospital Group to provide special privileges to Muang Thai Smile Club members to take care of their health to redeem points for e-Cash Voucher at Bangpakok Hospital Group to use as a cash discount for purchasing a health checkup program or medical treatment expense. The privilege can be redeemed via MTL Click Application.
- Redeem 160 Smile Points for E-Cash Voucher worth 500 Baht.
Privilege Redemption Limitations:
- Members present the privilege code for E-Cash Voucher on MTL Click Application at cashier counter at the participating hospital.
- Members must redeem the privilege at the cashier counter only. E-coupon is valid for 60 minutes after redeeming the privilege.
- Limited to 10 privilege/person throughout the campaign period.

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem for the privileges via MTL Click Application and present the E-Code to the staff at the participating hospital on the service date.
2. Member is entitled to up to 10 privileges to redeem accumulated points for 500 Baht E-cash vouchers throughout the campaign. This privilege can be transferred to others.
3. Please present the privilege code via MTL Click Application to the hospital staff on the service date.
4. Members can keep the code received from the point redemption in “My Coupon Menu” on MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period or can delete the used coupon after successfully redeeming the privilege.
5. Accumulated Smile Points which have already been redeemed cannot be changed or canceled to retrieve the points.
6. Service conditions are as specified by the participating hospital.
7. The Company reserves the right not to allow the coupon to be converted into cash or used with other promotions.
8. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.
9. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
10. Muang Thai Smile Club under Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is only the privilege provider. The Company is not involved in providing the service.
