1. Members redeem the point via MTL Click Application and present the  privilege code (coupon / code) to the staff on the service date.
2. Members can redeem accumulated points and can receive the service from 7 May 2024 – 31 December 2024.
3. Members can keep the code received from the point redemption in “My Coupon Menu” on MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period or can delete the used coupon after successfully redeeming the privilege.
4. A member is entitled to 10 privileges throughout the campaign. The privileges can be transferred to others.
5. Members must pay all expenses for health checkup package as Heart Risk and Chest Tightness Screening Program, Heart Risk and Heart Palpitation Screening Program Premium 1 and Premium 1. The price already includes doctor's fee and hospital service fee, or it is according to the conditions specified by the hospitals.
6. Please make a reservation 3 days in advance at Participating Hospitals.
7. The company reserves the right not to exchange for cash. or can be used in conjunction with other promotional activities 
8. Service conditions are as specified by participating hospitals.
9. Privilege conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL, and the Company reserves the right to change rules and conditions without prior notice.
10. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership. 
11. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
