Muang Thai Life Assurance joined hands with Asava, a renowned Thai fashion brand, to enhance the image of the “Brand of Happiness and Smiles” by redesigning the uniforms of Customer Service Center (CSC) staff nationwide under the concept of “Sharp, Modern, and Sustainable.” Sustainability was emphasized through the selection of recycled fabric made from plastic bottles that had undergone the upcycling process. The “Honorary Attire for Top Life Insurance Agents” was also launched to reinforce a professional, trustworthy image that genuinely cares for and understands the needs of customers.
Mr. Sara Lamsam, Chief Executive Officer of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, revealed that Muang Thai Life Assurance continues to emphasize its identity as a brand that delivers sustainable happiness and smiles under the strategy “Boost Your Happiness by Our People”, boosting your happiness through the people of Muang Thai Life Assurance. The Company is moving forward to develop all parts of the organization to achieve the shared goal of “delivering happiness to our valued customers.”
Most recently, the Company collaborated with Asava, a leading Thai fashion designer brand founded by Polpat Asavaprapha (Moo), to redesign the image of Muang Thai Life Assurance’s Customer Service Center (CSC) staff across the country. The new uniforms were designed under the “Sharp, Modern, and Sustainable” concept, reflecting credibility, stability, modernity, commitment to sustainability, and a fresh, approachable look. A key feature is the use of recycled fabric made from upcycled PET plastic bottles. The recycled fibers are environmentally friendly and help reduce plastic bottle waste that negatively impacts nature. This reinforces the Company’s environmental policy and its commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and minimizing environmental impacts from its operations. The Company also shows care for its employees by giving them the freedom to choose how to wear the new uniforms by mixing and matching them in their own style, so they feel happy and fully ready to serve customers.
In addition, Muang Thai Life Assurance has continued to elevate and develop life insurance agents nationwide into life insurance advisors trusted by customers. Asava has created the “Honorary Attire of Success” under the concept “Reflection of Success,” which will be awarded to life insurance agents who achieve their set targets. The suit honors their success and enhances their professional image, credibility, and trustworthiness, while also boosting the confidence of both life insurance agents and customers. The suit is designed with advanced tailoring techniques to create a premium appearance and instill a sense of pride in those who wear it.
The Company, as the leader of the “Brand of Happiness and Smiles” that continues to be strong in both business and brand image, is committed to advancing the organization to remain modern and aligned with an ever-changing environment. The Company believes that “image” is the key to building “trust” both inside and outside the organization. The launch of the new uniform is therefore not just a change in appearance but also a representation of the Company’s identity as it steps into a new era. It positions both staff and life insurance agents not merely as sellers of insurance, but as “life insurance advisors” full of energy, knowledge, confidence, and an understanding of people’s needs at every stage of life.
“This collaboration between Muang Thai Life Assurance and Asava represents a step beyond the traditional concept of a ‘uniform’ toward the creation of a powerful new image from the inside out. It is not only about modernizing the look of agents and staff to reflect professionalism and closeness to people, but also about building pride in their roles and awakening the power of confidence to embrace the important role of truly taking care of customers’ lives and stability,” Mr. Sara concluded.
