MTL Organizes “Warmth with Muang Thai Life Assurance”

Muang Thai Life Assurance organized the “Warmth with Muang Thai Life Assurance” activity, delivering upcycled blankets to Thairathwittaya 79 (Bannongabchang) School and Ban Namtok Mae Klang School, Chiang Mai Province.

Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, led by Miss Nirat Buchasuk, Executive Vice President, organized the “Warmth with Muang Thai Life Assurance” activity to bring warmth to students and teachers of schools in the Doi Inthanon area. Upcycled blankets were delivered to Thairathwittaya 79 (Bannongabchang) School and Ban Namtok Mae Klang School, Chom Thong District, Chiang Mai Province, along with sports equipment to promote students’ health. The donation was received by Mr. Panotphong Kulchonsatian, Director of Thairathwittaya 79 (Bannongabchang) School, Mr. Prawit Konsurin, Director of Ban Namtok Mae Klang School, and Mr. Danainat Thikhiew, Assistant Chief of Doi Inthanon National Park. The activity took place at Thairathwittaya 79 (Bannongabchang) School.

The production of upcycled blankets stemmed from the commitment to bringing happiness and smiles, with an emphasis on conducting business sustainably at every step, taking into account the balance between environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions. This also aligns with the government’s policy to reduce the increasing amount of plastic bottle waste. Each blanket is made from 11 used 1.5-liter plastic bottles. This reflects the importance of adding value to unused materials through quality reuse, while also passing on warmth to people.
