MTL honored with Sustainability Disclosure Recognition Award by Thaipat Institute for Transparency in Sustainability Reporting

Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited received Sustainability Disclosure Recognition Award for the year 2025 at the Sustainability Disclosure Award Ceremony for the year 2025, organized by Thaipat Institute, reflecting its commitment to being an organization that discloses sustainability information transparently in all aspects with quality and in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Mr. Sara Lamsam, Chief Executive Officer of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited said, “Muang Thai Life Assurance has always given importance to transparent and verifiable sustainability disclosure because we believe it is an important foundation of trust from all stakeholder groups. At the award ceremony, Mr. Pramote Sakkumjorn, Senior Executive Vice President, represented MTL to receive the award from Mr. Voranat Pientham, Director of Thaipat Institute. The event was held at the Auditorium Room, 5th floor, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.

The Sustainability Disclosure Award for the year 2025 is a recognition granted to organizations that disclose sustainability information transparently, comprehensively, and with quality in accordance with specified criteria and in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12.6, which promotes business organizations to report sustainability information transparently. Thaipat Institute conducted an assessment of sustainability disclosure practices and presented the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition Award to organizations that are members of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC). A total of 185 member organizations were evaluated, with award recipients selected based on publicly disclosed sustainability information, such as sustainability reports and annual reports. The assessment was conducted using three criteria referenced from the Ceres-ACCA framework: Completeness of content (45% weighting), credibility of content (35% weighting), and communication and presentation of information (20% weighting), respectively.
