Campaign terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be Fit Rewards members with Health User status.
2. The company will review the documents within 5 business days after submission and notify you of the result via in-app notifications.
3. The first 400 participants who upload and receive approval for their health check-up results between October 1 – November 30, 2025, will be eligible for the reward.
4. The conditions for earning Fit Points through health check-up uploads are in accordance with the Fit Rewards program. For more details, please refer to the Fit Rewards feature on the MTL Click application.
5. The list of winners will be announced via the MTL Click app or the campaign website starting December 20, 2025.
6. Winners can claim their rewards via the "Exclusive Offers" menu on the MTL Click app.
7. Only participants who meet all conditions within the specified time will be eligible for the reward.
8. Each person can win a maximum of one reward throughout the campaign. One person = one chance only. The Company reserves the right to withhold the reward if there are no qualified winners according to the set order.
9. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other items and cannot be transferred to another person.
10. E-voucher usage is subject to Central’s terms and conditions.
11. The company’s decision is final.
