Promotion Conditions

• This special privilege is exclusively for the following customers:
  - Customers whose policies mature in 2026 or
  - Customers whose policies reach paid-up status in 2026, meaning the final premium installment was paid in full in 2025.
• Successfully purchase a new participating life insurance policy between 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.
• Pay premiums annually with an annual premium of 100,000 Baht or more per policy (excluding rider premiums). Eligible policies will receive a Central Gift Card as specified below:

• The Company will deliver the reward within 90 days from the campaign completion date via registered mail or delivery service to the address provided in the policy. If delivery fails after 2 attempts and the recipient does not contact the Company within 90 days from the date of the second returned mail, the right will be deemed forfeited.
• Details and conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL. The Company reserves the right to change, cancel, or amend any details or conditions with prior notice via the Company's website.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL shall be final.
• Underwriting consideration is subject to the criteria of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
