In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's partner business development strategies, with a focus on expanding our product offerings and building strategic partnerships

Job Description

• Identifying and evaluating new product opportunities to drive business growth
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business development plans to launch new products and services
• Negotiating and managing partnerships with third-party providers to enhance our product portfolio
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of new products and partnerships
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform the company's product and partnership strategies
• Presenting recommendations and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of new products and partnerships

Qualification

• 8+ years of experience in a business development or product management role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Thorough understanding of the Thai insurance market and regulatory landscape
• Proficiency in both English and Thai, both written and verbal
