Job Description

• Advanced Predictive Modeling: Design, validate, and scale machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to support core insurance and digital platform initiatives.
• Platform Intelligence: Partner with Product Owners, AI Engineers, and Data Analysts within dedicated platform tracks to translate high-priority business needs into operational data products.
• Feature Engineering & Pipeline Design: Work alongside Analytics and Data Engineers to structure production-grade data pipelines, ensuring solid data lineage and architectural traceability across enterprise systems.
• Model Risk & Performance Governance: Collaborate with Data/AI Governance chapters to establish model monitoring workflows, track feature drift, and ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and compliance standards.
• Agile Collaboration: Operate within a mature agile delivery model, contributing actively to practice communities to standardize engineering protocols across the IT landscape.

Qualification

• Core Data Analytics & Engineering: Strong proficiency in core data science languages (e.g., Python, SQL) with practical capabilities in structuring clean, scalable data code.
• AI Frameworks & Tooling: Hands-on experience developing predictive models using standard open-source libraries and implementing workflows through scalable modern architectures.
• Enterprise Architecture Alignment: Basic understanding of data movement, cloud setups, and system integration patterns to minimize technical debt and reduce structural complexity.
• Collaborative Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills to effectively present technical findings to non-technical business partners.
