Job Summary

The Product Owner – Fit Point is responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, roadmap, and customer experience for Fit Point within the MTL Click application. The role drives user engagement, healthy behaviors, and business value through data-driven product development, gamification, and continuous optimization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Product Owner translates business goals into impactful digital experiences while leveraging analytics and experimentation to improve product performance.

Job Description

Product Strategy & Development

• Define and own the Fit Point product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Translate business and customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features and manage delivery with Agile teams.
• Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.

Customer Engagement & Growth

• Design customer journeys that encourage healthy behaviors and long-term engagement.
• Develop gamification, challenges, rewards, and Fit Point earning mechanisms.
• Optimize onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and overall user experience.
• Manage user cases

Product Analytics & Optimization

• Define product KPIs and establish event tracking and analytics.
• Monitor product performance and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate ideas and optimize engagement.
• Use data to drive product decisions and roadmap prioritization.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Developer, UX/UI, Marketing, Data, and Business teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Manage integrations with wellness partners, wearable devices, and digital health services.
• Communicate product roadmap, progress, and performance to stakeholders.Governance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, company policies, and health-related standards.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams on responsible use of customer health data.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Developer, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Experience delivering digital products or mobile applications.
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred

• Passion for health and fitness, with an active interest in emerging wellness, exercise, and longevity trends, will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in HealthTech, InsurTech, Wellness, or Digital Healthcare.
• Familiarity with wearable device integrations, gamification, loyalty programs, or A/B testing.
