Job Description

• Provide advice and information on life insurance policy conditions to insureds who call in with inquiries.
• Promote information regarding company activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Receive and address initial customer complaints.
• Support customer service through telephone, email, social media, digital, and face-to-face channels.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in Call Center or Telesales is a plus.
