Exclusive privileges for customers who apply for the insurance plan under this program
Pursuant to the stipulated conditions, one of the three designated insurance plans

With the following details.

1. Special privileges for Muang Thai Smile Club members who have paid premiums for insurance plans under Shield Life in accordance with the specified conditions.*
*Eligible Health Rider and/or Critical Illness (CI) Rider with a total annual premium of at least 30,000, Baht calculated from all eligible riders combined.

Note: Muang Thai Smile Club members aged 18 years and above must have Fit Rewards membership status in order to be eligible for this privilege.

2. Insurance plans under Shield Life include:
2.1. Term Life Insurance
2.2. Universal Life Insurance
2.3. Whole Life Insurance, ** excluding whole life policies with cash bonus

Note:Eligible premium payments include only the life insurance premium of the base-plan policy, excluding all types of riders attached to the policy, with a minimum annual premium of 500,000 Baht.

3. Special privileges for Muang Thai Smile Club members who have paid premiums for unit-linked insurance policies in accordance with the specified conditions.*

* Eligible unit-linked insurance policies with annual premium payment details for 2025 are divided into the following two categories:
3.1. Regular-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-RP] and/or Single-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-SP], with annual premium payments (excluding top-ups) of 1,000,000 Baht or more per year.
3.2 Regular-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-RP] with annual premium payments (excluding top-ups) of 1,000,000 Baht or more per year.
** For UN-RP, premium eligibility will be considered based on the policy year in which allocation charges for the base policy are applied.

Members with special privileges
Group 1: January 2026, for premium payments that meet the eligibility criteria* made between 1 January 2025 – 15 December 2025, with receipts issued by 15 December 2025.
Group 2: (Additional eligible member group) February 2026, for premium payments that meet the eligibility criteria* made between 16 December 2025 – 31 December 2025, with receipts issued by 31 December 2025, including premium payments made within the grace period, provided that receipts are issued by 31 January 2026.

- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Cancellations & Changes: Any changes or cancellations must be notified at least 7 days in advance. For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date, the privilege will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
- Insurance: Passengers must provide necessary personal information to the service provider for insurance purposes.
- Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days in advance for appropriate menu preparation.
- Child Safety: Children must be under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian throughout the cruise.
- Boarding Point: Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier. Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- Blackout Dates: This offer is not valid during festive periods, including Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Songkran, Christmas, and New Year.
- Non-Exchangeable: This privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
