FluMist Intranasal Influenza Vaccine
• Price: THB 1,590* (regular price THB 2,800) for ages 2-14 years.
• Price: THB 2,000 (regular price THB 3,100) for ages 15-49 years.
*Service fee included; doctor’s fee not included.
Injectable Influenza Vaccine
• Price: THB 600 (regular price THB 1,520) for ages 2-14 years.
• Price: THB 500 (regular price THB 1,420) for ages 15 and above.
Remarks:
1. Members are responsible for all expenses incurred for the service.
2. The stated prices include service and doctor’s fees (except for the FluMist intranasal influenza vaccine for ages 2-14, which includes the service fee but excludes the doctor’s fee).

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem the privilege from 1 April 2026 – 30 September 2026 through the MTL Click application.
2. Members can redeem up to 5 privileges per item per person throughout the program, and may transfer the privileges to family members.
3. Members are responsible for all service costs.
4. Please make an appointment at least 2 business days in advance to inquire about and verify vaccine availability before receiving the service.
5. Members must present the privilege code (e-Coupon) on the MTL Click Application to the staff on the service date.
6. Members can keep the code they used to redeem points at ""My Coupon Menu"" on the MTL Click Application, Until the end of the program term. or delete used coupon after using the code successfully.
7. Service conditions are subject to the terms and conditions set by the participating hospital.
8. The Company reserves the right to not exchange this privilege for cash or use it in conjunction with other promotional campaigns
9. Muang Thai Smile Club, operated by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, only provides privileges to its members. The Company is not involved in the provision of the medical services.
