5.Various vehicle types are available with specific passenger and luggage capacities. (Note: Toyota Camry cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Please request a vehicle upgrade during booking if needed).
6.Airport Pickup: The representative will wait at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Arrival Hall, between Gates 3-4) or Don Mueang Airport (Arrival Hall, Gate 11) for up to 120 minutes starting from the flight's arrival time. If the passenger is not found and cannot be contacted, the company reserves the right to release the vehicle, and the privilege will be considered fully redeemed.
7.Accommodation Pickup: The driver will wait at the designated location for 30 minutes from the scheduled time. A waiting fee of 500 THB per hour will apply starting from the 31st minute. The company is not responsible for any delays related to land or air travel.
8.Passenger and luggage capacities are subject to the specified limits for each vehicle type.
9.Once the redemption is confirmed, the company reserves the right to uphold the recorded system data; no changes can be made under any circumstances.
