Collecting Theatre Tickets
Muang Thai Smile Club members who have redeemed their accumulated points can collect their tickets at the Muang Thai Life Assurance booth on the 4th floor of Esplanade Ratchadapisek.
Collecting in Person: Please present your Muang Thai Smile Club membership card, insured ID card, or national ID card to verify the ticket holder's name. Authorizing a Representative
(Transferring Rights):Please present a copy of the Muang Thai Smile Club membership card or a copy of the member's national ID card (with the religion section blacked out). The document must be signed to certify it as a true copy and must include the following written statement: "I, (Member's Name), hereby authorize (Representative's Name) to collect ...... ticket(s) on my behalf."

Muangthai Rachadalai Theatre 4th floor
1. This privilege can be transferred to another person.
2. This privilege cannot be converted into cash.
3. Agents and staff of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
4. Upon the verification of privilege redemption, Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right not to allow changes in information under any circumstances.
5. Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right to not return the accumulated Smile Points in any circumstances.
6. We reserve the right to arrange seats according to the date and time of the point redemption.
7. The ticket can be picked up at Muang Thai Rachadalai Theatre, Esplanade Department Store, on the 4th floor, on the chosen performance date and time at Muang Thai Life Assurance booth 1-2 hours prior to the performance time.
8. Privileges conditions are as specified by the promoter.
9. Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
10. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
