Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited (“Company”) conducts its business based on principles of good corporate governance, with a commitment to sustainable business operations. The Company promotes and drives the respect for human rights throughout the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders employees, agents, customers, suppliers, government sector, communities, societies, and business partners involved in the Company's operations—receive fair and equal basic rights. This is integrated into all aspects of the Company's business across the entire business value chain.
The Company has established this Human Rights Policy to inform employees and stakeholders of the Company and to serve as a guideline for conducting business with respect for human rights, as stipulated by national and international laws, regulations, and standards on human rights. These include, but are not limited to, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (ILO), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), and the United Nations Global Compact.
