• The Company reserves the right to withdraw the extended benefits granted under this endorsement if the Insured receives benefits under the terms of the rider attached to this endorsement for medical treatment obtained at a medical facility other than the Company’s network medical facilities.
• However, in the event that the Insured receives emergency medical treatment, as defined by the Company, such treatment shall be considered as having been received at a medical facility within the Company’s network.
• Under the coverage agreement, general provisions, general exclusions, and other terms of the rider to which this endorsement is attached, all remain in full force and effect.

Q : Is Extra Coverage calculated as a maximum per policy year?
A : It depends on the nature of the rider, whether the coverage is provided per policy year or per any one hospitalization.

Q : Which riders are eligible for Extra Coverage?
A : Eligible riders are the health insurance riders as specified by the Company, such as D Health / D Health Plus / Elite Health / Elite Health Plus.

Q : If there is an increase in benefits, will the Company notify the Insured, and through which channels?
A : The Company will notify customers via the website and MTL Click, where customers can review the information and download the relevant documents.

A : The start and end dates of Extra Coverage will be specified in the documents made available for download on the Company’s website and MTL Click. Q : Is the effective date of Extra Coverage the same as the effective date of the health insurance rider?
A : Not necessarily. The project period (start–end date) is determined by the Company. The eligible rider must remain in force at that time.
