Terms and Conditions:
• Service recipients must be coordinated with or have their privileges verified under the MTL Health Buddy prior to receiving services.
• The 10% inpatient room discount applies strictly to room rates (excluding ICU room charges, meals, and nursing care fees) for self-paying patients, subject to the items and conditions designated by the hospital.
• Inpatient get-well gifts, VIP lounge access, and parking privileges are supplementary services for participating customers, subject to the hospital's criteria, capacity, and operational availability.
• The aforementioned privileges cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or substituted for cash.
• All services and privileges are governed by the terms, conditions, and operational practices of PRINC Hospital Suvarnabhumi.
• The hospital reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel these privileges as deemed appropriate, with prior notice given to relevant parties.
