24-hour assistance service for travelers, both domestic and international, in the event of a medical emergency, provided by EMA Global Assistance (THAILAND) which Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL has chosen to provide services to its valued customers.

Scope of Services
1. Emergency Medical Evacuation from one medical facility to another
2. Medical Repatriation
3. Arrangement of Return of Minor Children(1) to Thailand in cases where the insured must be hospitalized abroad without a guardian
4. Travel and accommodation expenses for relatives(2) to visit the patient abroad
5. Transportation of Mortal Remains in case of death
Service Areas
• Domestic Emergency Assistance
When the insured travels more than 150 km away from their residence within Thailand, for a period not exceeding 90 days per trip.
• International Emergency Assistance
When the insured travels outside Thailand, for a period not exceeding 90 days per trip.

Note
(1) In cases where the insured must be hospitalized abroad, and is accompanied by a dependent child under 18 years old without another guardian, the company will cover the travel expenses for the child to return to Thailand, subject to prior written approval from the company.
(2) Relatives include only parents, spouse, siblings, and adult children.
