Temporary Suspension
of Fitbit Data Synchronization

Fit Point would like to inform you that health data synchronization
from Fitbit will be temporarily suspended starting 1 October 2026,
to accommodate system updates from Fitbit.
We will notify you once the service is ready to resume.
You can still earn points and use Fit Point as usual through
other supported devices and applications listed below.

Note: Fitbit users can continue earning points by syncing data via Apple Health.

Connection Type Supported Data Devices / Applications
Health Devices Steps, Exercise Minutes, Sleep Data Garmin, Suunto, Apple Watch, Ultrahuman Ring, Samsung Watch
Applications Steps only Apple Health, Health Connect, Samsung Health
We apologize for any inconvenience caused
and thank you for trusting Fit Point.

Q1: Will my existing accumulated points be lost after the Fitbit connection is suspended?

A: All your existing accumulated points will remain fully intact and can still be redeemed for premium discounts as usual.

Q2: If I use a Fitbit, how can I continue earning points?

A: iOS users can continue using Fitbit by connecting data through the Apple Health application to send step data to Fit Point instead of connecting Fitbit directly to Fit Point.

Q3: Why does syncing via Apple Health, Health Connect, or Samsung Health only support "steps"?

A: Because Apple Health, Health Connect, and Samsung Health cannot measure heart rate, they are unable to track Exercise Minutes and sleep hours.

Q4: When will Fitbit be able to connect directly with Fit Point again?

A: System updates are currently underway to support Fitbit's new infrastructure. The Company will announce the service resumption date on the website and within the Fit Point feature on the MTL Click application.
