1. Book and pay immediately before your trip by specifying the Promo Code via www.AVISThailand.com/MTL and have your credit card pre-authorized on the day of vehicle pickup. Bookings are subject to branch and vehicle availability at the time of booking. (Late return is allowed up to 4 hours; rentals exceeding 4 hours will be charged as a full day.)
2. Price includes 7% VAT, unlimited mileage, and comprehensive vehicle damage coverage with deductible (CDW)

The price does not include coverage for perimeter damage to the vehicle with no deductible (SCDW), and coverage for the driver and occupants in a car accident (PAI) Coverage for stolen vehicles during rental (TP), additional drivers, and other supplementary services can be purchased separately when making a reservation, via the call center before your trip, or at any AVIS service branch.
4. This promotion cannot be combined with other privileges or discounts. Cash and credit cards are not accepted for pre-authorization purposes.

   3. Credit card in the same name as the renter, valid and with sufficient credit limit for a security deposit of THB 8,000 - 15,000 per vehicle, and payment for rental fees and other services (if any).

3. The rental rate includes round-trip service between the origin and destination locations, without any detours or stops along the way. Additional pick-up and drop-off points along the route will incur a charge of THB 400 per point (if applicable).
4. The above service rates include vehicle cost, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking, and tolls. The price is per vehicle (BKK Zone A-B). For Zone C, an additional THB 300/trip will be charged (see attached details).
5. For airport pick-up (one-way): The waiting time is 90 minutes from the scheduled time. If this time is exceeded, a charge of THB 700 per hour will be applied, with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours. For pick-up outside the airport (one-way: from accommodation or hotel): The waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled time. If this time is exceeded, a charge of THB 700 per hour will be applied, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours.
6. In cases where services are used beyond and/or outside of what has been informed to the company, the company reserves the right to charge additional fees.
7. In case of changes to information or cancellation of travel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time. Failure to show up at the scheduled time will be considered a 'NO SHOW,' and the customer will forfeit the service for this trip. The company will
