2. You must have a valid driver's license.
3. Please present the credit card used for booking and payment on the day of car rental.
4. This price includes personal accident insurance, motor vehicle insurance, and taxes (SCDW insurance excludes tires and car windows).
5. Renter Requirements: Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent a car. The main driver and additional drivers must have a valid driver's license. Passport or national ID card must be presented upon vehicle pickup. The driver must have a safe driving record and a driver's license valid for at least one year and not expired.
6. The renter must possess a valid driving license, international driving permit, or a Thai translation of their driving license.
7. The renter must be the credit card holder, and the credit card must have sufficient credit limit for the car rental, a minimum of THB 1,000 or more.
8. Security Deposit: A deposit will be held on your credit card. The deposit amount depends on the car model rented. For small cars with 1.0-1.6 cc engines, the deposit is 10,000 baht, and for larger cars with 1.8 cc engines and above, the deposit amount varies. For BYD electric cars, a deposit of THB 20,000 is required, and for Tesla electric cars, a deposit of THB 25,000. This deposit will be refunded to your credit card upon return of the vehicle in perfect condition as per the specified terms and conditions.
9. For vehicle pick-up and drop-off services outside of your location, please contact our Call Center at 02 821 5992 (daily, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM). Our pick-up and drop-off services (within Bangkok only) are as follows: - Free pick-up and drop-off service for customers renting a car for more than 7 days (free within 20 kilometers). - For distances of 21-30 kilometers, the rate is THB 321 per trip. - For distances of 31-50 kilometers, the rate is THB 535 per trip. - For distances of 51-70 kilometers, the rate is THB 749 per trip. - For pick-up and drop-off services outside of Bangkok and exceeding 70 kilometers (charges based on distance). - For rental periods less than 7 days or services at branches outside of Bangkok, please inquire further with the Reservation department.
10. Late return of the rental car is allowed up to 1 hour.
11. Book your rental car in advance at www.drivecarrental.com/special-promotions. 
12. This promotional price is not valid for bookings and uses during the blackout periods: - April 4-16, 2026 - December 5-10, 2026 and December 25, 2026 - January 2, 2027.
13. The company reserves the right to refuse bookings if there are no vehicles available during long holidays and festivals.
