Terms & Conditions
1. This privilege is reserved exclusively for individual AIS and AIS Fibre customers who have registered for the AIS Points program and hold memberships with participating partner reward programs.
2. Transfer participating partner points to AIS Points and meet the specified cumulative criteria to receive up to 2,500 bonus AIS Points per mobile number per month.
3. Participating partner reward programs include: UOB, Krungsri Credit Card, Krungsri First Choice Rewards, KBank, POINTX, Bangchak, PTT blueplus+, Muang Thai Life, Ocean Life, SCG Point, Thank You Rewards, and J Point.
4. The terms and conditions for transferring partner points to AIS Points are subject to the policies and regulations of each respective partner.
5. Limited to 20,000 privileges throughout the campaign.
6. The AIS Points Bonus will be credited to the customer's account by the 10th of the following month upon successful completion of the transaction and compliance with all company conditions.
7. Employees of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), its subsidiaries, users of employee promotional plans, and relatives of AIS and AIS Fibre3 employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
8. Campaign Period: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem up to 20 rewards / person / month, limited to 10,000 rewards throughout the campaign.
2. All rights reserved for those registered to use the AIS network mobile phone service and those registered using the home internet AIS Fiber service on behalf of an individual only.
3. Once Smile points has been transfered, AIS Points will be automatically added to AIS Points account immediately. Check points balance by press *550# call (free) or on the myAIS application.
4. Smile Points can be redeemed from 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2027.
5. Once Smile Points are redeemed, the system will deduct points immediately and redemption cannot be canceled, changed, or exchanged into cash.Please check that your name and surname is correct. The Company will not be liable after the points are transferred.
6.AIS Points accrued in each quarter of any given year will be expired at the end of the corresponding quarter in the next 2 years. For example, AIS Points earn in Q3’2025 will be expired on 30th September 2027, AIS Points earn in Q4’2025 will be expired on 31st December 2027. AIS Points that are not redeemed by the last day in each quarter (31st March, 30th June, 30th September, 31st December), will be void and deleted from accounts.
7. Employees and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited can participate in this activity.
8. Conditions of service are as AIS Points specifies. The Company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
9. The Company reserves the right to change promotional details without prior notice.
10. Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile campaigns arranged for building customer relations with Muang Thai Smile Club members. The points cannot be exchanged for cash.
