1. Redemption Period: Smile Points can be redeemed from September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, or until privileges are fully redeemed.
2. Voucher Validity: Vouchers can be used from November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2027.
3. Blackout Periods: Vouchers cannot be used during long weekends, public holidays, New Year, and Songkran festivals. Blackout dates include: November 23–26, 2026 | December 24–31, 2026 | January 1–10, 2027 | February 5–8, 2027 | April 12–16, 2027 | October 1–7, 2027.
4. Employees and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
5. Non-Combinable: This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
6. Point Aggregation: Smile Points from different accounts cannot be combined.
7. Non-Refundable & Non-Extendable: Redeemed Smile Points are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, and the voucher validity period cannot be extended.
8. Delivery: Vouchers will be delivered to the specified address within 30 business days after the redemption is successfully confirmed.
9. Advance Reservation: After redeeming the voucher, room reservations must be made directly with the participating hotel/resort at least 14 days in advance (subject to hotel/resort terms and conditions).
10. Check-In Requirement: Guests must present the physical room voucher to staff prior to check-in.
11. Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 guests per room per night.
12. Hotel Policies: Stay conditions and room types are subject to the terms and conditions defined by the participating hotel/resort.
13.  Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile campaigns 
arranged for building customer relations with Muang Thai Smile Club members. The points cannot be exchanged for cash.
