Collecting Theatre Tickets
The ticket can be picked up at Muang Thai Rachadalai Theatre, Esplanade Department Store, on the 4th floor, on the chosen performance date and time at Muang Thai Life Assurance booth 1-2 hours prior to the performance time.

- Collecting in Person: Please present your Muang Thai Smile Club membership card, insured ID card, or national ID card to verify the ticket holder's name.Authorizing a Representative
- Collection by Proxy: Please present a copy of the Muang Thai Smile Club membership card or a copy of the member's national ID card (with the religion section blacked out). The document must be signed to certify it as a true copy and must include the following written statement: "I, (Member's Name), hereby authorize (Representative's Name) to collect ...... ticket(s) on my behalf."
