1. Muang Thai Smile Club members at the The Ultimate and Beyond Prestige levels can redeem this privilege from 20 August 2026 – 25 September 2026 via the MTL Click Application.
2. Limited to 1 privilege per member throughout the campaign period:
- The Ultimate Tier: 10 privileges (1 privilege for 2 persons)
- Beyond Prestige Tier: 10 privileges (1 privilege for 1 person)
3. The Ultimate and Beyond Prestige members are entitled to participate in Exclusive Events up to 2 times per year.
4. This privilege is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person.
5. After successfully redeeming the privilege, a staff member will contact the member to provide a reminder prior to the event date.
6. Muang Thai Smile Club members who are employees or agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL are not eligible to participate in this activity.
7. The terms and conditions are as prescribed by the Company. If a member fails to confirm participation within the period specified by the Company, the member shall not be entitled to reclaim the privilege or exchange it for cash.
8. Accumulated Smile Points are solely used as an indicator of eligibility to redeem privileges for participation in Muang Thai Smile Club activities, which are organized to foster relationships with Muang Thai Smile Club members.
