Conditions of E-Coupons
1. The e-Coupon cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash or switched to another payment method. The difference in case the product price is lower than the discount value cannot be returned in cash.
2. The discount is available at all branches of Lotus’s. It must be used before the expiry date.
3. The e-Coupons can be used only once.
4. It is not applicable to alcohol, cigarettes, prepaid cards, gift vouchers, modified milk for infant and modified milk of uniform formula for infant and children (formula 1 and 2), monosodium glutamate, Birdy Ice Coffee, True products, all kinds of energy drinks, all kinds of packaged goods, all Maepranom products, limited products, gift basket, Jungle Café, bill and fee payment service, mail delivery service, canteen, Lotus’s online shopping and products/stores at the rentel areas of Lotus, including pharmacy.
5. To use of the e-Coupon, it must be redeemed at the checkout counter only. We reserve the right not to accept the saved picture or printed picture.
