1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem accumulated Smile Points for the product via MTL Click Application.
2. A Muang Thai Smile Club member can redeem accumulated points for up to 5 privilege/campaign.
3. Products will be delivered to the address and phone number as provided in the system. To change the information, please call Tel.1766 Muang Thai Smile Club, press 4, within 3 days after the point redemption confirmation. If the Company cannot contact the members within 90 days for delivery, the privilege will be declared void.
4. Mega Lifesciences Pty Co., Ltd will deliver the products to the address as provided in the system within 30 business days after the point redemption except the case that the products are out of stock or the need to wait for restocking. In that case the delivery process may be longer than specified.
5. Point redemption period is from 2 March 2026 – 31 December 2026.
6. Upon the verification of privilege redemption, Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right not to allow changes in information under any circumstances.
7. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL can participate in the campaign.
8. The Company reserves the right to not allow the accumulated points to be combined, or transferred, and redeemed points cannot be returned under any circumstances.
