1. Present the 'Barcode' privilege code along with your M Card membership card, M Card Mobile Application, or ID card at the designated redemption points within the department store to complete the point transfer. M Points will be credited instantly upon successful
completion of the transaction.
2. The person transferring points must be an M Card member. If you are not yet a member, you can download the M Card Application to register immediately, or sign up at any M Card counter across all branches.
3. Once received, M Points cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. M Points are valid for 3 years starting from the year the transfer transaction is made. You can check your accumulated M Points and additional privileges via the M Card Mobile Application, www.mcardmall.com, or at M Card counters inside all department store branches.
5. The Company reserves the right not to return accumulated Smile Points under any circumstances.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, add, or cancel the conditions without prior notice.
7. Once a customer chooses to redeem for this privilege, the Company reserves the right to consider information in the system as confirmed and shall not change any information recorded in the system under any circumstances.
8. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance are entitled to exercise this privilege.
9. Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile activities, which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
