How to redeem accumulated points click here

1. The point redemption period is 15 June 2026 – 31 March 2027 or until the slots are full.
2. The vouchers are valid from1 July 2026 – 30 June 2027.
3. The vouchers cannot be used during long holidays, public holidays, Songkran festival, and New Year festival. For the stay during public holidays (long holidays), extra payment according to the rate specified by each hotel and resort is required.
4. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Smile and Prestige tiers is entitled to up to 6 privileges throughout the campaign. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Beyond Prestige and The Ultimate tiers is entitled to up to 8 privileges throughout the campaign.
5. Members can redeem the accumulated Smile Points via MTL Click Application.
6. Muang Thai Smile Club members who are staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited can participate in this campaign.
7. This cannot be used with other promotions.
8. The accumulated points cannot be combined.
9. The Company reserves the right to not return redeemed accumulated points under any circumstances.
10. The vouchers will be delivered by Lets Talk Company Limited to the addresses specified by the customers within 20 working days after the redemption is confirmed.
11. After the complete redemption, the members are required to call to make a reservation with the participating hotels and resorts 7-15 days in advance (as specified by each hotel and resort).
12. Members are required to present the gift vouchers to staff before checking in.
13. The privilege is limited to 2 persons/room/night.
14. The privilege conditions for the stay and room types are as specified by the participating hotels and resorts.
15. The Smile Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited.
16. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
