Conditions of Receiving Health Checkup Service
1. Please make an appointment 3 days in advance before receiving the health examination service at the participating hospital.
2. Please do not eat or drink for at least 8-12 hours prior to the checkup. (only for main checkup programs)
3. Please present ID card and checkup voucher given by the Company to a participating hospital.
4. Conditions of the service are as specified by participating hospitals.
5. In the event that any examinations are conducted beyond the specified health check-up items, the recipient of the services shall be responsible for all related expenses.

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members in Prestige, Beyond Prestige and The Ultimate Tier are entitled to redeem accumulated points by MTL Click Application or Cell Center Tel. 1766 press 4, press 2 from Monday - Friday from 08.30 - 17.00 hrs. (except public holidays)
2. Prestige members Can redemption period starts from
20 January 2026 – 30 November 2026 and use the privilege from
1 February 2026 – 31 December 2026.
3. After point redemption is confirmed, the Company will send the health checkup voucher with name-surname, chosen health checkup program and date of receiving health checkup service. The voucher will be delivered by EMS within 15 business days.
4. Members can redeem up to 2 privileges/ person / transaction, and can transfer rights to others, The transfer of rights is reserved exclusively for immediate family members, namely a legally recognized spouse, child, father, or mother, or the premium payer only.
5. The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
6. The health checkup program which has already been redeemed cannot be changed, or canceled to retrieve the accumulated points.
7. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
8. Details of point redemption are as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change them without prior notice.
