1.    The privileges are reserved for only Muang Thai Smile Club members and can be transferred to others.
2.    Muang Thai Smile Club members in Smile or Prestige tiers are entitled to up to 10 privileges/person throughout the campaign. Muang Thai Smile Club members in Beyond Prestige or The Ultimate tiers are entitled to up to 15 privileges/person throughout the campaign.
3.    The point redemption period is 1 April 2025 – 28 February 2026 or until fully redeemed.
4.    The campaign period is 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026.
5.    Members can redeem the accumulated Smile Points via MTL Click application.
6.       After successful point redemption, the members are required to call to make a reservation at least 7 days in advance before receiving the service. In case of any change or cancellation, members need to notify WE Fitness Society 3 days in advance.
7.       The service is available at 5 participating branches of We Fitness Society: We Fitness Society Major Ratchayothin, We Fitness Society Major Sukhumvit, We Fitness Society Major Pinklao, We Fitness Society Esplanade Ratchada and We Fitness Society Esplanade Khae Rai. 8.      The service conditions are as specified by WE Fitness Society only.
9.    Muang Thai Smile Club members who are staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited can participate in this campaign.
10.    The Company reserves the right to not allow the accumulated points to be combined or transferred, and the Company shall not return redeemed points under any circumstances.
11.    The Smile Point redemption conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited.
12.    Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
