Privilege Conditions & Exclusions:
- Package prices include nursing service fees and travel expenses.
- Package prices exclude nursing and medical equipment, medications and vaccines.
- Package prices exclude laboratory test fees (billed separately according to standard lab charges).
- Laboratory test results are evaluated and interpreted by a physician.

Terms and Conditions of Yuen Yen Social Enterprise:
1. Service Area: Bangkok and Vicinity (Home Visit Service).
2. Service Days & Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
3. Medical & Procedural Operations: Available 24 hours daily.
4. Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance via LINE: @yuenyen.
5. Staff will initiate a VDO Call to the registered contact number.
6. Consultation Allowance: Eligible for 1 consultation session (approximately 20 minutes).
7. A preliminary health assessment is conducted by a physician during every visit. 8. Yuen Yen reserves the right to decline service if the recipient has a severe communicable disease.
9. All service fees are eligible for a 100% tax deduction.
