Eligibility is determined based on insurance premiums that are due and paid during the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 of the calendar year, including premiums paid during the grace period up to 31 January 2026 as detailed below:
- New Policies: Premiums must be paid and the purchase transaction successfully completed by 31 December 2025.Only premiums paid under these conditions will be included in the calculation of the annual privilege entitlement.
- Renewal Policies: Eligibility is determined based on receipts with premium due dates falling between 1 January and 31 December 2025 In cases where premiums are paid after the due date for the December installment (if any), but within the grace period up to 31 January 2026, such premiums will also be included in the calculation of the annual privilege entitlement, in accordance with the calculation cycle.
- In the event of a policy lapse or policy surrender during the year, premium payment receipts associated with such policies—for which coverage has been terminated—shall be excluded from the total premium calculation for the annual Privilege tier allocation.
- Members of Prestige tier and above whose date of birth is between March 2026 – February 2027 only
- You can redeem the privilege through MTL Click Application. The gift box is located on the main page, under the Privilege menu. The gift box will appear on the customer's birthday and will remain available for three (3) months from the month of birth.
- The conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.

Remarks:
• Birthday gifts are for the customers who make premium payment of at least 200,000 Baht/year. The Company reserves the right to provide the gifts according to the membership tiers in 2026 as of 31 January 2026.
• Privilege redemption of Muang Thai Smile Club is in accordance with the membership tiers in 2026 as of 31 January 2026. It is subject to the due and paid premium amount in the calendar year 2025.
- Muang Thai Smile Club members can choose 1 out of 4 packages by claiming their entitlement through the MTL Click application between 1 March 2026 – 30 September 2026. (Please check the details of the privileges in each package.)
- 2Should members fail to select a package within the specified period, the Company reserves the right to automatically assign the Health & Wellness package.
- Once selected, the package cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstances.
- After selecting a privilege package, members can redeem their chosen privileges via the MTL Click application, under the Muang Thai Smile Club menu. The redemption period for the selected package is 1 April 2026 – 31 December 2026, or until all available privileges are fully redeemed.
- Once the package selection is complete, the privileges will be available for use within 10 business days
- Each member may redeem only one entitlement per activity throughout the campaign. Redemptions are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Members must show the redemption code (e-Coupon) on the screen to the partner staff for scanning and claiming the privilege.
- Privileges are non-transferable.
- The Company reserves the right not to exchange privileges for cash or combine them with other promotional activities.
- Muang Thai Smile Club, by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL, provides these privileges solely to members. The Company is not involved in the provision of these services.
- Privilege redemption is subject to the terms set by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
- Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
