1 privilege code may be redeemed once for a Sports Mall M Cash Coupon worth 500 Baht. The coupon may be used to purchase products at the SPORTS MALL department at participating department stores only, including: Siam Paragon, The Emporium, The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi, The Mall Lifestore Thapra, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan, The Mall Lifestore Bangkae, and The Mall Korat.

How to Redeem: Present the privilege code via the MTL Click Application to receive the voucher at the M Cash Coupon redemption counter at the SPORTS MALL department of the participating department stores. Staff will verify the code, confirm member details, record the redemption, and invalidate the redeemed code. Completion of all steps constitutes successful privilege redemption.

The special privilege for insurance premium payments that meet the specified conditions between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025, with receipts issued by 31 January 2026.
1. Muang Thai Smile Club members may redeem the privilege via the MTL Click Application from 1 January 2026 to 30 September 2026, or until the privileges are fully redeemed, whichever occurs first, and must use the privilege by 31 December 2026.
2. Each member is entitled to redeem the privilege only once throughout the campaign by selecting 1 out of 9 services (only one privilege may be redeemed). Privileges are non-transferable under all circumstances.
3. Members may store the privilege code in the “My Coupons” menu on the MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign (by 31 December 2026), or delete the coupon after successful redemption.
4. Please make a reservation in advance (where applicable) and present the privilege code via the MTL Click Application to the partner’s staff at the service point on the service date.
5. Service terms and conditions are subject to those specified by each partner.
6. The Company reserves the right not to allow the privilege to be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
7. Muang Thai Smile Club, operated by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, acts solely as a provider of privileges to members and has no involvement in the provision of the services.
8. Privilege eligibility and redemption are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited.
9. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
