who have paid premiums for Health and/or Critical Illness (CI) riders in accordance with the specified conditions.*
*Eligible Health Rider and/or Critical Illness (CI) Rider with a total annual premium of at least 30,000 Baht calculated from all eligible riders combined.
Note: Muang Thai Smile Club members aged 18 years and above must have Fit Rewards membership status in order to be eligible for this privilege.
Members may redeem only one service (one privilege only) via the MTL Click Application.
Service Usage Terms for Each Partner
1. WE SOCIETY (1 privilege code entitles the member to 1 service session.)
2. Bangkok Hospital Group – Influenza Vaccination (1 privilege code entitles the member to 1 influenza vaccination.)
3. Samitivej Hospital Group – Influenza Vaccination (1 privilege code entitles the member to 1 influenza vaccination.)
4. Care Cover Saha clinic – Influenza Vaccination (1 privilege code entitles the member to 1 influenza vaccination at Care Cover Saha clinic.)
5. Sports Mall M Cash Coupon (500 Baht)
1. Muang Thai Smile Club members may redeem the privilege via the MTL Click Application from 1 January 2027 to 30 September 2027, or until the privileges are fully redeemed, whichever occurs first, and must use the privilege by 31 December 2027.
(Insurance premium payments that meet the specified conditions made between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026)
2. Members may redeem only one service (one privilege only) throughout the campaign period, and the privilege is non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Members may store the privilege code in the “My Coupons” menu on the MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign (by 31 December 2027), or delete the coupon after successful redemption.
4. Please make a reservation in advance (where applicable) and present the privilege code via the MTL Click Application to the partner’s staff at the service point on the service date.
5. Service terms and conditions are subject to those specified by each partner.
6. The Company reserves the right not to allow the privilege to be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
7. Muang Thai Smile Club, operated by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, acts solely as a provider of privileges to members and has no involvement in the provision of the services.
8. Privilege eligibility and redemption are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited.
9. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
