- Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to 1 privileges per person throughout the campaign, with each privilege providing 2 hours of service (excluding the free 30-minute initial service introduction).
- Members must make a reservation at least 7 days in advance by calling Muang Thai Smile Club Call Center at Tel. 1766, press 4 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
- Members must provide the privilege redemption code displayed in the MTL Click Application to the MTL staff at the time of booking.
- Members will receive consultation from the partner company after preparing the necessary documents or information, once the appointment has been confirmed with Muang Thai Life Assurance, within 7 working days.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please notify at least 3 business days in advance by calling Muang Thai Smile Club Call Center at Tel. 1766, press 4 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). If the member fails to attend the scheduled appointment, the privilege will be considered fully used under the provided code.

1. Each privilege entitles the member to legal consultant services for 2 hours.
2. Privileges must be redeemed via the MTL Click Application.
3. Services are provided online only.
4. Please make an appointment by calling 1766, press 4, at least 7 business days in advance prior to the service date, and receive the service by 31 July 2026.
5. Members will receive consultation from the partner firm within 7 business days after completing the appointment with Muang Thai Life Assurance and submitting the required documents or information.
6. One privilege code may be used to redeem one service only, with a maximum service duration of 2 hours.
7. Members may store the coupon/code in the “My Coupons” menu on the MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign, or delete the coupon after successful redemption.
8. Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right not to make any changes under any circumstances once the redemption has been confirmed by the partner company.
9. This privilege is a service provided by our partner service provider. Muang Thai Life Assurance will not be liable for any incidents that occur during the service. 
10. Please check additional terms and conditions directly with the partner service providers. If you have any questions or complaints regarding the services, please contact Muang Thai Life Assurance at 1766. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Muang Thai Life Assurance shall be final.
11. Details and terms for the consideration, granting of privileges, and provision of services shall be in accordance with the service policies of the partner service providers. Muang Thai Life Assurance shall not be responsible for any services, products, or offers provided by the partner service providers.
12. These privileges are non-transferable.
