Members with special privileges
The special privilege for insurance premium payments that meet the specified conditions between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025, with receipts issued by 31 January 2026.
Note: Eligible premium payments include only the life insurance premium of the base-plan policy, excluding all types of riders attached to the policy, with a minimum annual premium of 500,000 Baht.
- Muang Thai Smile Club members may redeem privileges via the MTL Click Application from 1 January 2026 to 30 September 2026, or until all privileges are fully redeemed, whichever occurs first, and must use the privileges by 31 December 2026.
- Each member is entitled to redeem only one privilege per activity per person throughout the campaign. Privileges are non-transferable under all circumstances.
- Members may store the privilege code in the “My Coupons” menu on the MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign (by 31 December 2026), or delete the coupon after successful redemption.
- The privileges are non-transferable.
- The Company reserves the right not to allow the privilege to be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Muang Thai Smile Club, operated by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL, acts solely as a provider of privileges to members and has no involvement in the provision of the services.
- Privilege eligibility and redemption are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited.
- Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
