Financial planning consultation services provided by specialists from Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL. Customers may select one (1) out of the following four (4) consultation services:
1. Investment planning for financial goals
2. Life and health risk protection planning
3. Personal income tax planning
4. Estate and inheritance tax planning

1. Regular-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-RP] and/or Single-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-SP], with annual premium payments (excluding top-ups) of 1,000,000 Baht or more per year.
2. Regular-Premium Unit-Linked Insurance [UN-RP] with annual premium payments (excluding top-ups) of 1,000,000 Baht or more per year.
** For UN-RP, premium eligibility will be considered based on the policy year in which allocation charges for the base policy are applied.
Members with special privileges
The special privilege for insurance premium payments that meet the specified conditions between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025, with receipts issued by 31 January 2026.
- Muang Thai Smile Club members are entitled to 1 privileges per person throughout the campaign, with each privilege providing 1 hour of service.
- Members must make a reservation at least 7 days in advance by calling Muang Thai Smile Club Call Center at Tel. 1766, press 4 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
- Members must provide the privilege redemption code displayed in the MTL Click Application to the MTL staff at the time of booking.
- Members will receive consultation from a financial planner after completing the questionnaire and necessary information, which will be sent via e-mail after the reservation call is completed within 7 business days.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please notify at least 3 business days in advance by calling Muang Thai Smile Club Call Center at Tel. 1766, press 4 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). If the member fails to attend the scheduled appointment, the privilege will be considered fully used under the provided code.
1. One entitlement grants access to the Financial Planning Service: MTL Financial Consultant for 1 hour per session.
2. The privilege can be redeemed via the MTL Click Application by selecting and confirming the entitlement in the app.
3. The service is provided online only.
4. Appointments must be made in advance by calling 1766 press 4, at least 7 business days prior to the service date. The service must be used by 31 December 2026.
5. Each eligible member may use one (1) redemption code per one (1) service only, with a maximum service duration of 1 hour.
6. Members may keep redeemed coupons/codes in the “My Coupons” menu on the MTL Click 1. One entitlement grants access to the Financial Planning Service: MTL Financial Consultant for 1 hour per session.
7. Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL reserves the right not to make any changes under any circumstances once the redemption has been confirmed.
8. The privilege is non-transferable.
9. The terms and conditions for receiving the service shall be as determined by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
