1. Muang Thai Smile Club members may redeem the privilege via the MTL Click Application from 1 January 2026 to 30 September 2026, or until the privileges are fully redeemed prior to the end of the campaign period. The privilege must be used by 31 December 2026.
2. Each member may redeem two privilege throughout the campaign period, and the privilege is non-transferable under all circumstances.
3. Members may keep the redemption code in the “My Coupons” menu on the MTL Click Application until the end of the campaign period (by 31 December 2026), or delete the coupon after the privilege has been redeemed.
4. Please make an advance reservation and present the redemption code via the MTL Click ฟpplication to the partner’s staff at the service point on the service date.
5. Service terms and conditions shall be in accordance with those specified by the partner service providers.
6. The Company reserves the right not to exchange the privilege for cash and not to use it in conjunction with other promotional activities.
7. Muang Thai Smile Club, operated by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, acts solely as the provider of privileges to members and has no involvement in the provision of the services.
8. Privilege eligibility shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
9. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming privileges to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
