Many people drink "coffee" because they just want to get "caffeine." Did you know that your favorite cup of coffee has medicinal properties that give more value than only its aroma and deep taste? Now, your next sip of coffee will be more meaningful than ever before.


Coffee does not just only wake up your tired brain. Parkinson's disease: It is found that drinking beverages that contain caffeine, such as coffee, helps reduce the risk of this disease. The effectiveness depends on the amount of coffee received. For example, in men, drinking 3-4 cups of caffeinated coffee per day has been found to reduce the risk more than drinking just 1-2 cups. However, in women, it is more effective when drinking 1-3 glasses per day.


Gallstones in the gallbladder: It is found that people who have never had a history of this disease before, both women and men, have reduced risk of gallstones in the gallbladder when receiving a greater amount of caffeine. The amount that gives the best protective effect is 4 cups or more per day, or approximately 800 milligrams.


Diabetes: Coffee prevents type 2 diabetes which is a condition that the body is unable to produce the hormone insulin or unable to use insulin effectively. From a testing among people at risk for diabetes, it was found that drinking coffee without sugar or creamer at least 3 times a day has the best effect in preventing diabetes. Importantly, the results of sample groups in each country also differed, such as Japanese or European.

1. Ephedrine or nasal decongestant because it has a stimulating effect on the nervous system, similar to coffee. Consuming both at the same time may have an effect on the heart.


2. Alcohol as it will stimulate the body to digest faster until there is too much caffeine in the blood. Side effects may include tremors, headaches, and rapid heartbeat.


3. Other medicines, such as adenosine, alendronate, clozapine, dipyridamole, disulfiram, estrogen, fluvoxamine, levothyroxine, lithium, MAOIs, tricyclic antidepressants, pentobarbital, phenothiazines, theophylline, verapamil, nervous system stimulants, anticoagulants and antibiotics.


Drink coffee in moderation to benefit you body. It is recommended to drink black coffee or add little sugar a little. The important thing is to eat food from all 5 food groups, together with exercising.
