Since dangers are inevitably everywhere, PA Broken Bone can help provide inclusive coverage for every injury, including cases of broken bones, burns, scalds, and internal organ injuries from accidents, with the maximum compensation benefit of 200,000 Baht(1) and coverage for medical expenses from accidents of up to 100,000 Baht(1) without advance payment required (2).

In case the insured is not convenient to receive medical treatment at a network hospital, the insured can receive treatment at another hospital by making advance payment. Then, the insured can reimburse from the Company by submitting a medical certificate and an original receipt.

- Premium of this insurance contract is partially eligible for personal income tax deduction according to the Notification of the Director General of the Revenue Department.

Q: What is the insurable age for PA Broken Bone?
A: Plan 1 200,000 Baht : The insurable age is 30 days - 75 years.
Plan 2 300,000 Baht : The insurable age is 30 days - 75 years.
Plan 3 500,000 Baht : The insurable age is 30 days - 75 years.
Plan 4 1,000,000 Baht : The insurable age is 16 - 75 years.

Q: Do occupation classes affect underwriting of PA Broken Bone?
A: Nature of occupations does affect PA Broken Bone underwriting. The Company shall provide coverage only for those in occupation classes 1 and 2 as follows:
- Occupation class 1 includes business owners, those working in services or management, office workers, or salespersons in businesses or trades, most of which are stationed in offices as well as work of craftmenship with no involvement in machinery; the nature of work contains low risks.
- Occupation class 2 includes business owners, those working in services or management, office workers, or salespersons in businesses or trades requiring occasional offsite work, or those working in the industrial field, most of which require expertise in whole or in part and sometimes involve the use of machinery or how the workers need to work outdoor almost all the time; the nature of work contains moderate risks.
Q: Is health checkup required?
A: Health checkup is not required. However, the applicant must truthfully declare the health information to the Company. Health checkup is according to the Company’s rules.
Q: Can other riders be attached to this insurance plan?
A: No, they cannot be attached to the policy.
Q: Is premium of this insurance plan entitled to tax deduction?
A: Yes, it is partially entitled to tax deduction according to the Notification of the Director-General of the Revenue Department on Income Tax No. 383.
Q: What does coverage of this insurance plan include?
A: It provides coverage for death, dismemberment, loss of eyesight, loss of hearing, loss of speech, and permanent disability as well as coverage for medical expense compensation according to actual expense, but not exceeding the maximum medical expense compensation per accident, due to accident as well as being murdered or being assaulted. The coverage is extended for motorcycle accident which is due to riding or being a passenger on a motorcycle. It provides additional coverage for broken bone, burn from fire and scald and internal organ injury caused by accident (except accident which is due to riding or traveling as a passenger on a motorcycle). The Company shall provide the coverage, 24/7 worldwide, for the period of 1 year.
Q: Does PA Broken Bone provide coverage for a motorcycle accident due to riding or traveling as a passenger on a motorcycle?
A: The insured will recieve the coverage for death, dismemberment, loss of eyesight, loss of hearing, loss of speech, and permanent disability from being a rider or a passenger on motorcycle as well as medical expense compensation according to actual expense, but not exceeding the maximum medical expense compensation per accident.
Q: In case of hospitalization at a hospital or a medical center, is advance payment required?
A: No advance payment is required when Easy PA Credit Card is presented to recieve medical treatment at a network hospital according to your chosen medical expense limit.
In case the insured is not convenient to receive medical treatment at a network hospital, the insured can receive the treatment at another hospital by making advance payment. Then, the insured can reimburse from the Company by submitting a medical certificate with an original receipt.

A: Exclusions of PA Broken Bone are from a total of 23 clauses. For example, it shall not cover any loss or damages due to or a result of either of the follwing causes:
1. Actions of the insured while under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs or addictive substances that impair the insured’s mental faculty, by the term “under the influence of alcohol,” it is in case of having blood alcohol concentration (BAC) test result of 150 mg/dL or over
2. Suicide, suicide attempts, or self-inflicted injuries
3. Osteoporosis or pathologic fracture
4. Pre-existing illnesses or injuries
5. Pathologic fractures or fractures due to congenital disease
Details of SOS special services(for coverage plan 2-4) are as follows:
1. Medical supporting services in the country and abroard include the urgent medical referral services, the telemedicine service, and the service for information on medical centers, doctor appointments, etc.
2. Supporting services for travelling overseas include the global VISA information service, the services related to luggage or its loss, and the service for information about embassies, currency exchange rates, essential vaccines, and the global weather forecast.
