Special Privilege for Muang Thai Smile Club Members

Muang Thai Smile Club members use 5 accumulated points per 1 seat to receive a code to watch the match on the home team side (maximum 4 seats per match).
Point redemption period: 10 August 2026 - 30 May 2027, or until privileges are fully redeemed

Match ticket collection:
1. Muang Thai Smile Club members who have redeemed their points can collect football match tickets at the E-2 side ticket booth at Chang Arena, Buriram Province, at least 2 hours before the match begins.
2. To collect match tickets, Muang Thai Smile Club members must present their point redemption via the MTL Click application and show the code from the My Coupons section, together with their national ID card, policyholder card, and Muang Thai Smile Club membership card, to the staff at the E-2 side ticket booth at Chang Arena, Buriram Province. Match tickets can only be collected according to the match details and dates specified in the MTL Click application.
3. In the case of transferring the privilege to another person to collect the tickets: present the MTL Click application and show the code from the My Coupons section, a copy of the Muang Thai Smile Club membership card, policyholder card, or a copy of the Muang Thai Smile Club member's national ID card (with religion blacked out), signed to certify a true copy, along with the statement “I...(member's name)...hereby authorize (name of the person collecting on behalf)...........for.....seats.”
4. Football match tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
