Conditions for using accumulated points to redeem privileges
Muang Thai Smile Club members use 5 accumulated points per 1 seat to receive a code to watch the match on the home team side (maximum 4 seats per match).

(The Thai League match schedule is determined by the league and may change or be updated throughout the 2026-2027 season).

Match attendance
1. Muang Thai Smile Club members who have redeemed their points can collect football match tickets at the Muang Thai Life Assurance booth in front of Pat Stadium, Port F.C. Club, at least 2 hours before the match begins.
2. To collect match tickets, Muang Thai Smile Club members must present their point redemption via the MTL Click application and show the code from the My Coupons section to the staff. In the case of collection on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney document or national ID card must be presented to the staff. Match tickets can only be collected according to the match details and dates specified in the MTL Click application.
