2. The 1 points are valid for 2 years from the date of conversion.
3. Once Smile points has been transfered, The 1 Points will be automatically added to The 1 Points account immediately. Check points balance by https://www.the1.co.th or The1 Application.
4. Smile Points can be redeemed from Feb 1, 2026 - Dec 31, 2027.
5. Once Smile Points are redeemed, the system will deduct points immediately and redemption cannot be canceled, changed, or exchanged into cash.Please check that your name and surname is correct. The Company will not be liable after the points are transferred.
6. Employees and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited can participate in this activity.
7. Once reward points have been redeemed, they cannot be refunded or returned.
8. Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile campaigns arranged for building customer relations with Muang Thai Smile Club members.
