1. Special privilege for customers who successfully purchase a new policy with the D Health Lite and/or Care Plus Rider attached between 1 May 2026 and 30 September 2026 (excluding the purchase of riders attached to personal accident insurance policies, credit protection insurance policies, and insurance purchased in the name of a company for individuals).
2. For customers paying the annual premium mode and having a total premium of 10,000 Baht or more per policy (excluding the premium of the base plan). Eligible policies will receive a Lotus's Gift Card as specified below:

3. Purchases made through Kasikornbank are subject to the Bank's terms, conditions, and promotions.
4. The Company shall deliver the reward within 90 days from the end date of the campaign via registered mail or through a delivery company to the address provided in the policy. In the event that the reward cannot be delivered to the recipient successfully within 2 attempts and there is no contact to claim the reward within 90 days from the date of the second returned mail, the right will be considered forfeited.
5. Details and conditions are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL. The Company reserves the right to change, cancel, or amend any details or conditions and will inform you in advance via the Company's website.
6. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL is final.

1. 2. Members may redeem only one service (one privilege only) via the MTL Click application as follows :

2.3 Samitivej Hospital Group: One influenza (flu) vaccination per member.

2.5 M Cash Coupon (Sports Mall) 500 Baht : Entitled to one redemption.
3. Muang Thai Smile Club members may redeem the privilege via the MTL Click application from 1 January 2027 to 30 September 2027, or until the privileges are fully redeemed, whichever occurs first, and must use the privilege by 31 December 2027 (for insurance premium payments that meet the specified conditions made between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026)
4. Muang Thai Smile Club members aged 18 and above must be Fit Point members to be eligible for this privilege.
5. Service terms and conditions are subject to those specified by each partner.
6. The Company reserves the right not to allow the privilege to be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
