The terms and conditions for using Fit Point are as follows:
Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions of the use of Fit Point feature, hereinafter referred to as “Fit Point”, bind upon and are effective between Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, and the Users of Fit Point, hereinafter referred to as “User”. If the Users agree to use the service, the Users must comply with these terms and conditions in its entirety with no exceptions. The Users are advised to read and study these terms and conditions fully and thoroughly. If the Users do not agree to these terms and conditions, the Users will not be allowed to use the service.
  1. Once the User has registered in Fit Point by selecting "Agree", it shall be deemed that the User has acknowledged and accepted all of these terms and conditions. In this regard, the Company reserves the right to revise or amend the terms and conditions of the use of Fit Point at any time at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.
  2. The Company reserves the right to provide some types of services only to User with Health User status only.
  3. The Company will collect and use the information provided by the User or made available by the User when using Fit Point, as well as disclosing the User’s information to third parties when necessary. The Processing of the User’s data will depend on the type of product or service used. In this agreement and these terms and conditions, the collection, use, and disclosure of information will hereafter be referred to as "Processing." The Company will process personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. However, the collection, use, and disclosure of the User's personal data for marketing purposes will only be conducted with the User's consent, unless permitted by law.
Types of Personal Information
The types of personal information that the Company will process, and the purpose of collecting the User’s personal information, shall not only comply with the Company's Privacy Policy but also include information obtained from the User when they register or fill out applications or other forms to receive or request services.
  • Information about the User’s transactions on websites or Fit Point.
  • Information about insurance policy in case the User purchases an insurance policy from the Company.
  • Information collected from service, event participation, Smile Points redemption, photos, videos, as well as videos from participating activities in the course of service, as well as Video call records.
  • Information from the use of websites and Fit Point, types of devices that the User uses to access the services (PC, laptop, smartphone and other electronic devices), operating system and platform, IP address (Internet Protocol address to locate the source when the device is connected to the Internet) of terminal equipment or device, location information, information about the services and products that the User views, visits, searches or uses.
  • Information about the User’s social media profile when the User uses social media credentials e.g. Facebook, X, and LINE, to login to or access any services on the Company's websites or Fit Point such as social media account ID, interests, likes, and friend lists. The User can control the privacy option made available to the User by the social media service provider in social media account setting.
  • Your health information, including health checkup results, BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure and fasting blood sugar.
  • Activity data from the User’s connected fitness device, such as step count, exercise data, and sleep data. The system will sync data; however, it does not support syncing exercise minutes and step count information if the time zone of the mobile device used does not match Thailand's time zone (GMT+7). The Company will retrieve your data for up to 90 days from the date you update your information, but not beyond the date you first connected your device to MTL Click.
  • Information about the User’s participation in activities, including competition data and nutrition tracking data.
  • Address and contact information for prize delivery.
  • The User’s status, profile picture, profile name, and activity participation data, which will be visible to other Users in the app.
  • The above information, which the User may modify or update. The Company may collect the User’s information from other sources or third parties as permitted by law.
Objectives
The Company aims to collect, use, process or disclose personal information of the User in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, and for the following purposes:
  • To allow the User to use the service on the Company’s website and use Fit Point.
  • To create User’s profile based on the User’s account information, the User’s use of Fit Point and the User’s insurance policy information (in case the User has purchased and provided information about insurance policies made with the Company).
  • To allow the User to participate in activities and receive privileges from the Company;
  • To allow the User to receive services and privileges from the Company’s business partners such as hospitals and pharmacies. However, the said services and privileges do not include the offering of goods/services from the Company’s business partner.
  • For the Company’s public relations to the extent that it is appropriate and proportionated to the privileges the User receives.
Personal Information of Minors
In the event that the Company collects personal information of minors, the Company will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent suitable for the minor's age. This includes implementing stringent data protection practices tailored specifically for minors, ensuring that the process is secure, transparent, and uses clear and easily understandable language. Automated systems will be fully utilized to tailor services appropriately for minors.
  1. The User is entitled to access different information and services based on the User’s status according to the methods and conditions prescribed by the Company.
  2. When the user participates in activities set by Fit Point, such as submitting health check-up results, accumulating steps, or accumulating exercise minutes, they may earn points. These points can be redeemed for benefits according to the Company's terms and conditions, such as:
    • Discounts on insurance premiums
    • Redemption of benefits and other rewards
  3. Once the User agrees to redeem points for benefits or rewards, the redemption cannot be canceled. Fit Point reserves the right to change the point-to-reward value ratio or other conditions for redeeming benefits and rewards without prior notice to the User.
  4. Accumulated points are only as a symbol for redeeming benefits or rewards, or for participating in prize draws organized by the Company under specified conditions. Points can also be accumulated to earn eligibility for activities or benefits from partner stores, subject to limited availability as per the Company's guidelines. Points cannot be converted to cash or transferred from one User to another. Points can be used within 365 to 456 days, after which expired points will be removed from the User's account.
  5. Information and services available through Fit Point are provided for general guidance only and may not address all matters relevant to the User’s particular circumstances. In no way is Fit Point intended to be a personal or medical diagnosis, nor a health-care service or serve as a medical device. If the User is concerned about their health, please speak to a doctor or medical health care professional immediately. Fit Point may include information sourced from third parties that the Company has not verified for accuracy or completeness. The User should seek advice from appropriately qualified individual before acting on any information or services available through Fit Point.
  6. If any action through the services provided by the Company in Fit Point is done by using the User's identification number and Password and is in accordance with the Company's methods, terms and conditions, the said action shall be deemed as fully valid, in which case the User shall not be required to sign any further documents, but agree to be held responsible for the said action as if the User has acted at their own, regardless of whether or not the said action is done by a third party. The Company reserves the right not to take responsibility for any errors caused by such actions or for any damages that may arise therefrom. The User shall not use this as an allegation, a contention, a defense and/or use as evidence to claim against or sue the Company in any way.
  7. If the User participates in any activity in Fit Point, and the Company detects an abnormal or suspicious activity, the User agrees to allow the Company to adjust the exercise data and other data related to the User’s activity as deemed to be necessary.
  8. If any abnormal or suspicious activity of the User is detected, the services may be temporarily suspended for a short period of time, and the User will not be able to participate in the activity during that time.
  9. If the User repeatedly submits abnormal or suspicious activity results, the Company may permanently suspend the services for the User, and the User can no longer use the services of Fit Point.
  10. If the User is notified by the Company that an abnormal or suspicious activity is detected, the User can submit the request to the Company to recover their data within 7 days after being notified. However, the consideration is subject to the Company’s discretion, and the Company’s consideration result is deemed to be final.
  11. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of Fit Point at any time at its sole discretion.
  12. The Company has the sole and absolute right to terminate the right to use the services and the right in campaigns with no binding responsibilities, and without having to give a prior notice in whatever circumstances.
  13. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any eligible User who does not comply with the terms and conditions of use even if the User is eligible according to the Company’s criteria.
  14. Content, ideas, photos, symbols, characters, graphics, designs, all information and all kinds of intellectual property created by the Company and embodied in Fit Point are under the Company’s ownership, copyright and intellectual property right, in which the User agrees not to copy or modify, publicize, sell or distribute and/or do any act that infringes the Company’s intellectual property rights, whether in whole or in part of Fit Point, other than for personal use.
  15. The Company reserves the right to not take responsibilities for any damages or errors/defects from the use of Fit Point. If the User encounters errors or has questions from the use of Fit Point, or if Fit Point is temporarily unavailable, the User can contact the Company Tel. 1766 ext. 4, during working days and hours.
  16. To comply with laws or requirements of government agencies in authority, the Company might have to disclose information, report information and transactions related to the use of service of the User, as well as providing the reports concerning the User to government officers or agencies under the legislation, orders or regulations of the state.
  17. The Company realizes the importance of and gives priority to the security of the User's information. The Company agrees to adhere to and complies with the legislation regarding the protection of personal information. In this regard, the User has the right to provide or refuse to provide their personal data requested by the Company; however, such refusal may limit the User's use of the Company’s services.
  18. In case any of the provisions under the terms and/or conditions of use of Fit Point is against the law or unenforceable, only the part of such provision that is against the law or unenforceable shall be deemed as null and void, while the remaining parts of the provisions shall remain fully valid and effective, and bind upon the User in all respects.
  19. Documents, letters, and notices that the Company sends to the User according to the address or mobile phone No. or email address given to the Company by the User, the User agrees that the delivery method is correct and duly complete and it shall be regarded that the User acknowledges such information. If the User changes address or mobile phone No. or email address, it is the User’s responsibility to notify the Company about such change immediately.
  20. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Fit Point service.
User status in Fit Point feature.
Fit Point categorizes users into three statuses as follows:
1. Health user
Users holding health or critical illness insurance policies that participate in Fit Point, with the policy still in force and meeting other eligibility criteria.
  • Accumulate Fit Point to redeem benefits for renewal premium discounts of up to 15% or a maximum of 7,500 Baht per policy year
  • Receive the Fit Point multiplier to accelerate Fit Point accumulation (up to 25x).
2. Insurance user
Users holding MTL insurance policies not participating in Fit Point, with the policy still in force.
  • Use Fit Point indefinitely and may upgrade to Health User status by purchasing an MTL health or critical illness policy that participates in the program and meeting other eligibility criteria.
3. Guest user
Users who do not hold an MTL insurance policy.
  • Able to use the Fit Point feature for 180 days after registration. To continue usage beyond 180 days, Users must purchase an MTL insurance policy to upgrade to Insurance User or Health User status.
Your status may change depending on the insurance policies you hold.

I have studied, considered and reviewed the terms and conditions of the use of Fit Point, I, therefore, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the use of Fit Point in all respects.


Fit Point: Stay Healthy and Enjoy Up to 15% Renewal Premium Discount
Simply meet the following three criteria:
1) Be at least 18 years old.
2) Hold an insurance policy under Fit Point with a total standard premium
across all participating policies ranging from
a minimum of 2,000 Baht to a maximum of 50,000 Baht per insured.
3) Be a Fit Point member on the MTL Click application.

The Company’s Wellness Program:
Terms and Conditions of Membership
1. Governing Documentation and Membership Conditions
The Company’s wellness program (“Wellness Program”) is operated by Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited (“the Company”) via MTL Click application (“MTL Click”) as its only designated channel. The program is also operated under the market name Fit Point.
The Company will issue and send you the Wellness Program Endorsement when the Company can verify your qualification under Clause 4.
These terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions that apply to participation in the Wellness Program (where applicable), including and without limitation,
  • The Wellness Program and MTL Click Terms of Use,
  • MTL Click Personal Information Collection Statement,
  • The Company’s Privacy Policy, and
  • The benefit information and promotional rules of Wellness Program and MTL Click
All of above are “Terms and Conditions”, which will collectively apply to the Wellness Program and shall supplement your policy and Wellness Program enforcement issued to you (“Endorsement”), if any. If there is any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Endorsement, the Endorsement shall always prevail.
The most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions is available on the website Fit Point or MTL Click application. The Company recommends that you periodically check the Terms and Conditions on MTL Click. The date of the latest version of the Terms and Conditions can be found at the bottom of this page under the heading ‘Latest Updates’.
You must read and accept these Terms and Conditions before you become a member of the Wellness Program and MTL Click as these Terms and Conditions contain important information that supplements your benefits provided in the Endorsement.
If you have any inquiries or questions about these Terms and Conditions, you can contact the Customer Service Center by calling 1766 ext. 4, or other channels as determined by the Company.
2.Changes to the Wellness Program, Partners and Benefits
Once you are a Wellness Program member, you have a choice on whether or not to access or use the benefits on offer under the Wellness Program, specific and supplemental conditions may be applied. The Company shall notify the Wellness Program members of changes or variations to the Wellness Program by posting details of the changes on the MTL Click application and/or any other channels or methods where the Company consider that changes to the Wellness Program will be significant. If there are any changes to the terms or conditions, the Company will notify you in advance through the designated communication channels.
The terms and details, including any endorsements and/or other attached documents with changes (if any), may be provided electronically, including by email (sent to your last notified email address), by posting details of the change(s) in the Wellness program application, and/or by any other channels or methods. If you are not satisfied with any changes or variations to the Wellness Program, you may terminate your membership under clause 8 (Termination of membership) of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Qualification as a Wellness Program Member
To qualify as a Wellness Program member, an applicant has to meet the following requirements:
(1) You must be 18 years or older (as specified by the Company), provided that the age does not exceed the limit specified in the policy.
(2) You must be the policyholder under the designated or announced insurance plans, as specified in the attached document to the Endorsement, issued by the Company, which has been approved and remains in effect. In this regard, this policy and product’s conditions do not change substantially, which includes but not limited to, Copayment and ILP or Premium increase from claim experience according to related Registrar’s announcement;
(3) You must have annualized standard premium according to Clause 3(2) not lower than 2,000 Baht;
(4) You must provide the information as specified in Clause 3(2), ensuring that it is not duplicated with others;
(5) You must accept all Terms and Conditions of MTL Click application
(6) Complete the requirements Clause 3(1) to Clause 3(5) until further notice by the Company.
The Wellness Program member must be a living individual, and membership is not available to corporations or other legal entities. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. Membership of Wellness Program
You can register as a member of Wellness Program when you both meet the qualifications under Clause 4 and apply to join the Wellness Program via MTL Click by linking your policies with the Company. You must provide the necessary information to verify your identity, as follows:
  • Citizen ID and/or MTL Client ID
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number registered with the Company
  • Email registered with the Company (if applicable) or email registered to receive related documents from Wellness Program
When the Wellness Program confirms your membership, MTL Click will identify and inform your status as Health User.
5. Benefits of the Wellness Program
The benefits of the Wellness Program vary based on the user status in the Fit Point feature, which is classified into three tiers as follows:
1. Health user
Users holding health or critical illness insurance policies that participate in Fit Point, with the policy still in force and meeting other eligibility criteria.
  • Accumulate Fit Points to redeem benefits for renewal premium discounts of up to 15% or a maximum of 7,500 Baht per policy year.
  • Receive the Fit Point multiplier to accelerate Fit Point accumulation (up to 25x).

Subject to our Endorsement issued to you, the Wellness program is a health program that aims to reward Wellness Program members who are proactive about improving their health and general well-being by providing benefits which may include discounts, exclusive offers, cash back rewards and other benefits relating to goods and/or services offered by the Company and our partners. For more information, please refer to the MTL Click application.
Exclusive benefits are granted only to members of the program and may be accessed after your Wellness Program membership is successfully activated and approved by the Company.
However, certain benefits may not be accessible immediately and may be subject to a processing or waiting period. If you do not access or login into your membership account on the MTL Click, you may not be able to access/utilize benefits. Please refer to the benefit information on the MTL Click application for more information.
5.1 Important Information about Benefits by Partners
Benefits in Wellness Program are provided by our partners. These partners are separate and independent entities, and the Company shall not be responsible for the nature or quality of products or services provided by those partners, nor for any solicitation efforts by those partners. The products and services offered by our partners are not sold or marketed by the Company, and the provision of the same may also be subject to certain Terms and Conditions of our partners. Our partners may apply additional Terms and Conditions with regard to the availability and eligibility of earning Wellness Program points.
The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to any benefit, including price, availability, quantity, quality, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, merchantability or fitness of any product or service provided as part of a benefit, including without limitation, success rate, fitness for a particular purpose and quality.
The Company will not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result from Wellness Program member’s use of a product or service or reliance upon advice with respect to any benefit. The Company shall have no liability for partner withdrawals from the Wellness Program or for award changes or cancellations caused by partner withdrawals, discontinued partner service, or award or point accrual cancellations for any reason.
Any dispute about any products or services provided as part of a benefit must be resolved directly with the relevant partner.
5.2 Benefit Information and Other Documentation
A partner (alone or jointly with the Company) may issue a benefit information which sets out the rules governing the use and access to a benefit. The benefit information is available on the MTL Click.
Representations in benefit information made on behalf of our partners are based upon information that the Company has received from them, such information having been provided to the Company along with assurances from our partners that it is accurate.
All benefit information and other information provided in respect of benefits is general information only and is not in any way intended to be financial, medical, nutritional, health, fitness, legal advice or other advice. Any such information is not provided to promote or influence you to acquire any product or service.
Benefit information and other information provided in respect of benefits do not take into account your personal circumstances and are subject to change. You should obtain professional advice from a medical practitioner, pharmacist, dentist, nutritionist or other appropriate health professional in relation to your own personal circumstances or in relation to the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. If necessary, you should consult with such a professional. Importantly, the results of any benefits, devices, services, software available, assessments, health checks, consultations or tools cannot replace any advice a doctor or other health professional gives. You should not change or discontinue any assistance or treatment you may be receiving on the basis of information provided in relation to any benefits, devices, services, software available, assessments, health checks, consultations or tools accessed or used without first consulting your healthcare provider. Medicines you use for your physical or mental health may also affect the results of any benefits, devices, services, software available, assessments, health checks, consultations or tools accessed or used. You should also seek professional advice immediately should any symptoms you may be experiencing persist or change.
6. Wellness program benefits
The Company reserves the right to set rules, policies and procedures regarding to the obtaining of related information to calculate benefits as in Endorsement. This shall include consideration of awarding benefits.
The benefits accumulated on MTL Click will be displayed in the form of points as specified in the rider, which may be referred to as "Fit Point." These Fit Point are considered interchangeable and can be equivalent to a discount on the insurance premium (in Baht), as explained in the Endorsement.
6.1 Earning benefit (Fit Points)
When you become a Wellness Program member who complete designated activities and MTL Click already validates your information, MTL Click will calculate and accumulate in the format of Fit Points on MTL Click.
You acknowledge that the limitation of earning benefits in the Wellness Program may arise from the limitations in receiving data from MTL Click, and the Wellness Program has made reasonable efforts to fix, develop, and improve these limitations.
Additional rules such as age and gender rules apply to some activities. Please refer to our MTL Click application for further details. The number of Fit Points you can earn will depend on a range of factors such as the activity you are doing and your health goals and risk factors. The Company may adjust the number of Fit Points you can earn for each activity depending on your individual health status or how important the activity is to your health status. Certain activities and/or groups/categories of activities may have limits as to how many Fit Points you can earn over a certain time period.
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to each activity such as Annual Activity, Weekly Activity, and Other Activities. Please refer to the relevant benefit information on MTL Click for further details.
6.1.1 Weekly activity
Weekly activities under the Wellness Program refer to activities that occur within the designated period, through step accumulation and exercise minute accumulation, starting from Monday at 00:00 am and ending on Sunday at 11:59 pm. The system does not support syncing data related to exercise minutes and step count if the time zone of the mobile device used does not match the time zone of Thailand (GMT+7).
The Wellness Program suggests all members to regularly sync your data from connected devices to preserve benefits from the Wellness Program. MTL Click may allow you to record data from an activity tracking device retroactively. The Company will retrieve your data for up to 90 days from the date you update your information, but not beyond the date you first connected your device to MTL Click. Additionally, activity history will be displayed on MTL Click for a maximum of 12 months.
6.1.2 Annual activity
Annual activities refer to activities that members can participate in once a year or health checkup activities. Members of the Wellness Program may submit health checkup results that are no more than 3 months old from the date of the test to the Company. The criteria for passing the health checkup, which the Company uses for consideration, include:
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Cholesterol Ratio
  • Fasting Blood Sugar
  • Blood Pressure (Diastolic and Systolic)
Wellness Program allows you to update your information during the policy year in which you are participating. After submitting the health checkup results, the Company will review the documents within 5 business days and notify you of the results through Fit Point. You can submit additional health results within 1 month from the date of submission and approval. The Company recommends that you submit health checkup results at least 7 days before the discount summary date to allow time for data processing and to use the points for the upcoming policy year discount, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for updating information on MTL Click. Once the Company receives and verifies the information, your benefits will be adjusted per each policy accordingly.
6.1.3 Other activities
Wellness Program will organize Special Events and inform in advance in a reasonable timeframe. Each event could have different Terms and Conditions. Please read and understand those conditions on MTL Click before joining the activity.
The Company will determine the maximum benefits from other activities based on the year in which you meet all the membership requirements under Clause 3 of the Wellness program, starting from the latest date your status was last changed ("Health User Year") as follows:
  • Health User Year 1:
    No discount on the renewal premium from other activities.
  • Health User Year 2:
    Up to 1% discount on the renewal premium from other activities.
  • Health User Year 3:
    Up to 2% discount on the renewal premium from other activities.
  • Health User Year 4:
    Up to 3% discount on the renewal premium from other activities.
  • Health User Year 5:
    Up to 4% discount on the renewal premium from other activities.
  • Health User Year 6 and beyond:
    Up to 5% discount on the renewal premium from other activities.
6.2 Awarding of Fit Points
You will be awarded Fit Points from the Wellness Program in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set by the Company or its business partners from time to time. In some cases, it may take approximately 30 days for your Fit Points to appear. The Company reserves the right to not be responsible for the awarding of Fit Points, any delays in awarding Fit Points, or for transactions in your membership account conducted by the relevant business partners.
The Company may run promotions from time to time offering bonus Fit Points in Wellness Program. Qualification for these bonus Fit Points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of each individual promotion. If a promotion requires pre-registration, the bonus Fit Points will only be credited once members complete the registration process through the application or at the Company’s premises before purchasing or using the products and services of our business partners. These Fit Points will be awarded by the Company in accordance with the terms specified in the Endorsement.
The Company may exclude certain activities from the crediting of Fit Points in Wellness Program. In some cases, you may not be able to earn Fit Points in conjunction with other promotions or discounts offered by the Company and/or its business partners. The Company advises you to review the benefit information with the Company before participating.
The Company encourage you to check that all Fit Points are reflected accurately and inform the Company of any suspected discrepancy.
The Company has the sole discretion to audit any and all your activities to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions and other applicable rules, regulations, policies or procedures relating to the Wellness Program, without the obligation in providing notice to you. During the course of audit or investigation, the Company may share your account information with our partners and also third parties with whom The Company has contracted to assist in perform such audit or investigation. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies or possible violations, the Company may delay the processing of the awarding of Fit Points, cancel any outstanding redemption, without statements, or suspend your account pending completion of an audit. Upon completion of the audit, if the Company identifies any discrepancies or violations, in addition to any compensation the Company may receive, Fit Points in the Wellness Program may be deducted from your account to compensate for the discrepancy or violation. You can check your benefits, Fit Points, and/or the status of Fit Point eligibility via MTL Click.
Any disputes in connection with Fit Points awarded must be notified to the Company as soon as possible and in any event, within 30 days from the date of activity by calling Tel. 1766. The Company may need you to provide the Company with supporting documents wherever applicable to assist the Company in settling any disputes. If the Company does not receive notification from you regarding any disputes or inaccuracies in your Fit Points within the stipulated timeframe, your Fit Point balance will be deemed correct, final, and binding. Any such dispute will be considered resolved and concluded.
6.3 Monitor your Fit Points in Wellness Program
You can monitor your Fit Points via MTL Click
There may be a delay in loading and/or recording your Fit Points to reflect the results, as per the calculation or methods mentioned above.
6.4 Validity and Expiry of Fit Points in Wellness Program
Your Fit Points will be valid until the end of the Quarter, i.e. the 31st of March, the 30th of June, the 30th of September, or the 31st of December, after 12 months since your Fit Points are earned. Your expired points would be unable to utilize. You can monitor the expiry on the MTL Click application.
6.5 Transfer of rights
Your membership in Wellness program is personal and cannot be transferred by law. Accrued Fit Point in Wellness Program are not considered your property and cannot be converted into cash, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions or other documents related to Wellness Program. You may not transfer, assign, sell, barter, or pledge your Fit Point, membership status, or rights to benefits to another person or membership. Fit Point in Wellness Program cannot be bequeathed or passed on as inheritance. Fit Point cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other consideration.
If Fit Point, rewards, or benefits are purchased, sold, or exchanged from an unauthorized source, such transactions will be void, and you will be liable for any damages, including the full and unrestricted value of rewards obtained through improper or fraudulent transfers and/or redemptions, and any violations of the terms of the Wellness Program.
6.6 Minimum utilization requirements
For certain benefits, you may be required to utilize and/or purchase facilities, goods, and/or services a specified minimum number of times or amounts. Failure to meet these minimum utilization requirements may result in changes to or cancellation of your benefits.
The minimum premium discount utilization is 0.01% of the eligible premium, as outlined in Clause 6.7.

6.7 Eligible premiums and their display
The eligible premium for Wellness Program is calculated based on the annualized standard premiums of eligible products under Clause 3(2), but not exceeding 50,000 Baht per Wellness Program member. For annual activities, your eligible premium will be calculated once you have completed your submission to MTL Click.
For weekly activities and Fit Points from weekly health activities, your weekly eligible premium will be calculated from your information at the beginning of the week, as determined by the Wellness Program, divided by 52.
The multiplier displayed on MTL Click will be calculated based on the annualized standard premium of the current year for the eligible product under Wellness Program, which is effective and subject to premium payment in the upcoming policy year, under Clause 3(2) but not exceeding 50,000 Baht. This will be divided by the minimum eligible premium of 2,000 Baht as stated in Clause 3(2). This is to show how many times more points you will earn when completing the activity compared to members with a minimum eligible premium of 2,000 Baht who also complete the activity. However, the display of this multiplier will not affect the calculation of benefits, which will remain as stated in the Endorsement.
Example
If a Wellness Program member has a standard eligible premium of 10,000 Baht for the current year, their multiplier will be equal to 5, calculated by dividing the eligible premium (10,000 Baht) by the minimum eligible premium of the program (2,000 Baht). This means that, by completing the same activity, the member will earn 5 times as many Fit Points compared to a member who joined the program with the minimum eligible premium.
Your multiplier may change depending on increases or decreases in your premiums as follows:
  • Multiplier increase:
A multiplier increase occurs when your eligible premium increases, whether from purchasing additional participating policies in Wellness Program, or from premium increases due to age, or other processes that cause the premiums for products to increase.
  • Multiplier decrease:
A decrease in your multiplier happens when your eligible premium decreases, whether due to family discount or other processes that reduce the premiums for participating products.
7. Using Wellness Program benefits
The premium discount is the primary benefit offered by the Wellness Program. Additional rewards or benefits beyond premium discounts, provided either by the Company or its partners, are at the discretion of the Wellness Program and may be offered occasionally or not at all.
Remaining benefits under Clause 7 will be applied as a premium discount to your policy (or policies) with eligible products under Clause 3(2), and will be used automatically for the policy's anniversary within the next 32 days. (This date is set for the discount summary, which is referred to as the "Cutoff Date.")
The earned benefits will be converted into premium discounts for eligible products under Condition 3(2) as a percentage with two decimal places of the total premium for those products. This percentage will not exceed the sum of 10% or the benefits outlined in 6.1.3 of the total premium for the eligible products under Condition 3(2). The discount is also capped at 7,500 Baht per policy year or the value of the accumulated Fit Points, whichever is lower. Once the benefits are used as a discount, the corresponding amount of your points will be deducted from your point balance.

The renewal discount is calculated by converting points into Thai Baht, at a rate of 20 points = 1 Baht. Once the total discount amount in Baht is determined, it is then converted into a percentage discount by dividing the discount amount by the standard premium of the upcoming policy year for eligible riders that remain in force and have a scheduled premium payment. The maximum discount is based on a standard premium cap of 50,000 Baht per year. If your premium exceeds this amount, you may find that the maximum percentage discount you receive is lower than the highest possible discount for your membership year. The maximum discount amount per membership year is as follows:
Health User Year 1: Up to 10% or a maximum of 5,000 Baht per year
Health User Year 2: Up to 11% or a maximum of 5,500 Baht per year
Health User Year 3: Up to 12% or a maximum of 6,000 Baht per year
Health User Year 4: Up to 13% or a maximum of 6,500 Baht per year
Health User Year 5: Up to 14% or a maximum of 7,000 Baht per year
Health User Year 6: Up to 15% or a maximum of 7,500 Baht per year
You acknowledge that paying the premium for an eligible product more than 30 days in advance of its policy anniversary may result in losing the premium discount for that policy year. If payment is made earlier than this 30-day period, the renewal discount will not be applied.
If any changes are made to the premium payment conditions during the policy year, such as a change in payment method for a discounted policy, the discount percentage will remain the same as previously determined or will be subject to the Company’s consideration.
You acknowledge that, if you add, modify, or cancel coverage for an eligible product after the Cutoff Date of the policy’s anniversary, the newly added, modified, or canceled product will not be eligible for the previously calculated discount. Additionally, any unused premium discount benefits due to such changes cannot be reclaimed.
If you have any disputes or inquiries regarding the premium discount, you must notify the Company as soon as possible and, in any case, within the designated period under the applicable premium payment policies. You can contact our customer service center at Tel. 1766 Ext. 4. If the Company does not receive a notification within the specified time frame regarding any errors or disputes related to your premium discount, the discount amount will be considered final and binding. The Company’s decision on such disputes shall be final and conclusive.
8. Termination of Membership
8.1 Automatic termination if you cease to hold any active insurance policies with the Company
8.2 Cancellation by you
You may cancel your Wellness Program membership by providing a 30-day prior written notice to the Company. You can do so by calling 1766 Ext. 4 or through other channels designated by the Company.
On termination of your Wellness Program membership, you may or may not automatically terminate your existing relationship with partners, you may still be subject to the notice period of certain partners and to any other relevant Terms and Conditions of such partners.
8.3 Termination of the Wellness Program or your membership by the Company
If the Company decides to discontinue the Wellness Program and obtains approval from the relevant regulators, the Company reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel, deactivate, withdraw, or revoke the Wellness Program (in whole or in part) at any time. The Company does not guarantee that the Wellness Program will continue indefinitely or that the Company will remain its operator or owner.
Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or deactivate your Wellness Program membership (in whole or in part), including your access to and entitlement to one or more benefits, your transactions, and/or your accumulated benefits. This may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to:
(1) If the Company detects or suspect any unusual, irregular, suspicious, fraudulent or unauthorized use or activity or any conduct/misconduct;
(2) There is a risk to the business operations of the Company from any breach of the Terms and Conditions, terms of use or of any benefit of Wellness Program;
(3) If you do not or no longer qualify (the Company suspects that you do not, or no longer, qualify) for a Wellness Program membership under these Terms and Conditions;
(4) If the Company believes that you are abusing or misusing the benefits, rewards or privileges of Wellness Program;
(5) If you are not the named policyholder of the eligible insurance plan linked to your Wellness Program membership.
In the event of termination of the Wellness program or the cancellation of membership in the Wellness Program, the Company shall notify you in writing of such termination or cancellation by sending an email to the last notified email address as specified by you and/or any other channels or methods.
Subject to the terms of the Company’s agreement with relevant partners, you will not be able to access benefits provided under the Wellness Program immediately after your membership has been terminated and/or the notice has been sent to you.
8.4 If your membership terminates
If your membership is terminated for any reason:
(1) Subject to the terms of the Company’s agreements with the relevant partners and any other relevant Terms and Conditions of the relevant partners, your rights to benefits will cease upon the termination of your Wellness Program membership.
(2) In the event that there are any unpaid sums owed to the Company or any of our partners in connection with your Wellness Program membership, upon the termination of your Wellness Program membership, the Company reserves the right to deduct any such unpaid sums from the benefits that you may have earned.
(3) Any accumulating benefits in Wellness Program will cease from the date upon which the Company receive a written notice of membership cancellation from you.
(4) Fit Points and future status will cease upon the termination of your Wellness Program membership.
8.5 The Company has sole discretion to terminate any user’s eligibility and entitlement to the Wellness Program without any obligation or prior notice under any circumstances.
8.6 The Company reserves the right to disqualify and/or terminate the account of any user who fails to comply with the Wellness Program’s terms, even if the user meets the Company’s eligibility criteria.
9. Other Important Information
9.1 General information
If for any reason, any provision or part of the Wellness Program Terms and Conditions or any provision or part of any other governing documentation is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision or part of the Wellness Program Terms and Conditions or of any other governing documentation shall be deemed to be severed from the Wellness Program Terms and Conditions or such other governing documentation, and the remainder of such provision or of the Wellness Program Terms and Conditions or such other governing documentation, as the case may be, shall remain in full force and effect and may be enforced to the fullest extent possible. Benefits from other promotional activities, special discounts, competitions, exclusive offers, etc., may be offered from time to time by the Company, its business partners, or affiliates. In the case of such offers, additional Terms and Conditions may apply, which may be communicated through mail, email, phone messages, the MTL Click application, or other means.
9.2 How the Company communicates with you and consent to electronic communication
You consent to receive the governing documents and Terms and Conditions of your Wellness Program membership, as well as other information related to your Wellness Program membership and any other appointments or arrangements you have with the Company, via electronic communication to the most recent email address the Company have on record for you. You also consent to the Company acting on instructions received electronically. You further consent to the Company communicating electronically the fact that some information can be obtained through a hyperlink or by accessing the specified electronic address set out in the communication. You acknowledge that these consents and authorizations are valid to the fullest extent permitted by law for the Company to provide information to you in accordance with these consents and authorizations.
The Company shall be entitled from time to time to contact you via electronic transmission (e.g. email), mail, SMS, MMS, telephone, fax and other means of communication (via any of your telephone numbers, whether registered in Thailand or otherwise) in respect of your membership and participation in the Wellness Program. You acknowledge that hard copy documents and information may not be given and that electronic communications must be regularly checked. Notwithstanding these consents, the Company may still decide to send you hard copy documents and information in certain circumstances.
Any notice or other information to be given to you may be given by updates to the MTL Click, online facilities, electronic transmission (e.g. email), mail, SMS, MMS, telephone, fax and other means of communication (by any of your telephone numbers, whether registered in Thailand or otherwise), at the address as may from time to time be notified in writing.
The Company shall use reasonable endeavors to transmit statements, notices and other material relevant to Wellness Program members to advise you of various matters of interest, including changes to the Wellness Program, but the Company shall not be responsible for correspondence lost or destroyed. Any statement, notice or other material shall be deemed to have been given by the Company if it is uploaded to MTL Click or if it is sent to the email or physical mail address last notified to the Company by the Wellness Program member. You are responsible for advising the Company of any change in your contact details, including email and physical mail address, and ensuring that your email address remains current and unblocked and that communications from the Company are not filtered or placed in a location where you do not see them so that the Company can provide documents and other information to you. Wellness Program shall not be liable for failure to deliver a notice to you where you have failed to comply with the foregoing.
9.3 Disclosure of information
By way of summary, the Company collect personal and sensitive information in a range of circumstances, including on registration, when you contact us, make an enquiry or use or request the Company’s products or services or the products or services of our partners. The types of personal and sensitive information the Company collects includes your name and address details, identifying information (e.g. date of birth), demographic and profile information (sex, age, etc.) and health and medical-related information. The Company also collects personal information about your interactions with the Company, including any contact the Company has with you by telephone, email or online. You hereby agree that any information provided by you for use in relation to the Wellness Program is on a voluntary basis for your membership and participation in the Wellness Program.
The Company (and for the avoidance of doubt, including its related bodies, corporate, and affiliates) may also use and disclose your personal information to carry out marketing activities that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to, information about new products and services from the Wellness Program and its business partners, or changes or improvements to benefits. Communications may be sent on an ongoing basis through telephone, electronic messages (such as emails or pop-ups), online (including websites or mobile applications), and other methods. Before using your information for marketing purposes, the Company must obtain your consent or rely on other legal bases. After obtaining such consent or legal basis, the Company may use and/or disclose your personal data for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing communications, please notify the Company immediately by contacting Customer Service Center at Tel. 1766. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Statement for Personal Data Collection, MTL Click, and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Dishonesty/ fraud/ misrepresentation/ abuse of Wellness Program privilege
Your membership of, and participation in the Wellness Program is based on mutual trust. Where dishonesty or fraud or misrepresentation or abuse of Wellness Program privilege is detected, benefits may not be awarded, your Wellness Program membership may be cancelled and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. This Wellness Program membership may become invalid and the Company may take other action consistent with our legal rights.
If any act or omission by you is dishonest or fraudulent or constitutes an abuse of the Wellness Program privilege, or if any dishonest or fraudulent or improper means or devices are used by you, any member of your household or anyone acting on your or their behalf in relation to the Wellness Program, then all benefits under Wellness Program may be lost or forfeited, your Wellness program membership may also be cancelled and you may have to return to the Company any payments made by the Company and benefits provided by the Company, or any of the Company’s partners (or by any other party under the Company’s direction) as a result of your actions or the actions of any member of your household or anyone acting on your or their behalf as a result of any dishonest or fraudulent actions.
9.5 Exclusion of liabilities
Under no circumstances, including as a result of its negligent acts or omissions or those of its officers, employees, directors, agents, advisers, contractors, partners or other persons for whom in law it may be liable, shall the Company be liable for any loss or damage of any nature which you, your beneficiaries or any other parties may sustain as a result of your engagement in the Wellness Program. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you, your beneficiaries, and any other related parties shall not hold the Company liable in any way.
For all liability of the Company and/or partners and their respective officers, employees, directors, agents, advisers and/or contractors for any loss, damage, claim or expense (including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential liability, economic loss, loss of profits and loss of opportunity) you may incur or suffer that arises directly or indirectly out of these Terms and Conditions, any other governing documentation as set out in clause 1 of these Terms and Conditions or the Wellness Program (regardless of whether the Company has any control over circumstances giving rise to the claim or not) including termination or suspension of your Wellness Program membership, termination of the Wellness Program and/or termination of any partner benefit, in the event of any damage arising from such cases, you shall not be entitled to claim, sue, or take any other action to seek compensation from the Company and/or partners and their respective officers, employees, directors, agents, advisers and/or contractors. If the Company and/or its business partners are liable to you in any manner, their liability shall be limited to or equivalent to your benefits arising from the privileges you will receive under this Program as considered by the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of availability, price, satisfactory quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the Wellness Program, any information, software, products, services, benefits or information obtained through the Wellness Program, or your dealings with our partners and third-party service providers available through the Wellness Program.
The Company shall not be liable for any disruption to the Wellness Program or any delay to or inability to provide any of the benefits cause by circumstances beyond the control of the Company including, but not limited to, failure of any service provider or other third party, merchant closure, strikes or industrial disputes, acts of God, flood, weather, natural disaster, unavailability, war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation or civil disturbance.
Any third-party links (including those of partners) provided by Wellness Program on any of the Company’s applications, communication channels and social media are provided for your convenience. Their inclusion does not imply any approval or endorsement by the Company. The Company has no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility or liability in respect of them.
You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of the content downloaded and acquired through our third-party (including partner) websites. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with your use or inability to access our application/ third-party (including partner) links and/or use any related documents. Please note that the material (including, without limitation, workout and exercise tips, and information contained in applications and video clips), provided on any of our applications, communication channels and social media, including all text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, audio, video and audio-video clips, is provided by way of general information only. Whilst the Company, (including our holding company, subsidiaries and/or the subsidiaries of our holding company and any joint venture partners or affiliates), endeavor to ensure that the contents of the material are accurate, errors or omissions may occur and the Company does not accept any liability in respect of them.
The Company recommends that you consult with your physician before you undertake to follow any health and fitness recommendation you may receive from Wellness Program, the Company’s application, communication channels and social media. The Company is not a licensed medical provider and have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. Wellness Program does not provide any medical advice or treatment. Wellness Program is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or management of care following an assessment in the event of abnormal health screen results. No recommendation is intended to be instructional for medical diagnosis or treatment. Should you have any health-related questions, please call or see your healthcare provider or doctor promptly. In the event of an emergency, call your healthcare provider or doctor immediately.
You expressly agree that your athletic activities carry certain inherent and significant risks of property damage, bodily injury or death and that you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction or negligence of the Company or by the action, inaction or negligence of others (including partners). You also expressly agree that the Company does not assume responsibility for the inspection, supervision, preparation, or conduct of any race, contest, group athletic activity or event that may earn Fit Points.
If you ever start to feel unwell or have discomfort at any time after trying the workout or exercise, stop immediately and seek further advice from your healthcare professionals. Do not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical or health-related advice from your healthcare professional because of what you may have read on any of our application, communication channels and social media. Current health and fitness research may exist that could impact the information provided by the Company; information provided may not be based on the most recent findings or developments. The Company shall not be held responsible for any injuries and/or damages that may result from your participation in or engagement of the workout or exercise or any health and Wellness Program, of which the information has been provided to or shared with you on any of the Company’s application, communication channels and social media.
The Company does not accept any liability with respect to death, injury or any consequential damage or loss arising from or in connection with the Wellness Program generally or from the supply of a benefit or service or from the loss, theft or destruction of a benefit (including, but not limited to vouchers).
You may incur a tax liability or disclosure obligation through joining or use of Wellness Program. You should obtain your own financial or tax advice regarding any benefit you may receive through Wellness Program. The Company is not liable for any financial or tax consequences that may arise. The Company reserves the right to provide any tax authorities with full details of any member’s accrual and redemption of benefits, upon request of a tax authority. The Company excludes all liability for cooperating with tax authorities in this matter.

9.6 Third-party rights
These Terms and Conditions, benefit information and other documentations issued by the Company relating to Wellness Program are not intended to, and do not give any person who is not our member any right to enforce any of the provisions.
9.7 Severance
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is prohibited by law or judged by a court or tribunal to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions, and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
9.8 Waiver
No failure or delay by the Company in exercising or enforcing any right, power, or privilege shall impair or operate as a waiver of such right, power, or privilege. Furthermore, the exercise of any right, power, or privilege, whether in whole or in part, shall not preclude the Company from exercising the same or any other right, power, or privilege in the future.
9.9 Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and the Company are governed by Thai law. By participating in the Wellness Program, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
If this English version of the Terms and Conditions do not conform to the other language version, or there is any conflict in meaning between the English version and any version or translation in other language, the Thai version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, the Company reserves the right to final decision.
9.10 Latest Updatesย
All the above Terms and Conditions will be applied and will replace all prior Terms And Conditions of Wellness Program, effective on the 28 April 2025 onwards.
