1. A Muang Thai Smile Club member in Beyond Prestige tier is entitled to receive either Smile Healthy Plus Checkup Program( P3- Lady Plus, P4- Gentleman Plus) or Exclusive Dental Services Program or Anti-Aging / Spa Program.
2. This privilege can be transferred to a family member. They must be the member’s legal husband, wife, child, father, mother, or the premium payer only.
3. 1 gift voucher for the health checkup service is for 1 person only.
4. This privilege can be used once a year. The service at the participating hospitals or dental clinics is available until 31 December 2025 only.
5. In case a member receives another service which is not the specified service, the member is responsible for the incurred expenses.
