Refers to when the insured, the beneficiary, or the entitled person under the policy notifies the Company to reconsider the result of consideration for compensation under the life insurance contract such as maturity benefit, refund for voided policy , premium refund, policy loan, death benefit, medical expense compensation, claim, etc.

Steps and Procedures
1. The Company receives the case, records information, and verifies facts and request for reconsideration.
2. The compensation result is reconsidered by the Claim Consideration Committee.
3. The reconsideration result is informed in writing to the insured, the beneficiary, or the entitled person for acknowledgement.
Processing Duration
The duration for verifying facts, considering complaints, or reviewing the compensation consideration under the life insurance contract, until the date of notification to the insured, the beneficiary, or the entitled person, shall not exceed 30 days from the date the Company receives the request for reconsideration or complete additional documents (if any).
