Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager – Health Services & Ecosystem is responsible for shaping and executing Muang Thai Life Assurance's health services strategy to enhance customer value beyond insurance. This role identifies customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships to build a comprehensive health ecosystem that supports customers throughout their health journey.

Working across multiple business units and external partners, the Senior Product Manager drives end-to-end execution—from strategy formulation and business case development to implementation and performance tracking—ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Job Description

Health Services Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for MTL's Health Services & Ecosystem.
• Identify customer pain points, market trends, and emerging healthcare opportunities to develop new service propositions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Build business cases and secure stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives.
  Product & Service Development
• Design customer-centric health services and integrated customer journeys across prevention, care, and recovery.
• Develop partnership strategies with healthcare providers, digital health companies, wellness partners, and other ecosystem players.
• Define service propositions, customer value propositions, and success metrics.
  

Project Leadership & Cross-functional Execution

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
  
• Coordinate execution across internal business units including Operations, Claims, Medical, Marketing, Digital, IT, Legal, Compliance etc.
  
• Drive project governance, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and resolve cross-functional issues to ensure successful delivery.
  
• Monitor project progress and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as the central point of coordination among internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare and wellness partners.
  

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define KPIs and success metrics for health service initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback, operational performance, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Continuously optimize services to improve customer experience, engagement, and business impact.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, Project Management, or Healthcare Innovation.
  
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, digital health, wellness, or ecosystem businesses is highly preferred.
  
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable execution plans.
  
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
